Somm, that’s why there’s a market, buyers and sellers. Nobody has a scooby as to the real picture as Casper haven’t given the detail. Our KO and co want their divi cash, let’s see if they’re going to get it ;)

They went with the Divi strategy and cash flow was obviously strong enough to fulfil the Nov-Feb payments but obviously they’ve had cash flow pressure in H1. I’ve been highlighting it for months but hey, the rampathon continued. FY 22 accounts will be the strongest since incorporation and hopefully we get full transparency on H1 financial performance.

Paying Divis ? worst case they stall it but I’m hoping they hold it in, maybe at a reduced level but the CE cash will obviously enable a resumption if there is a delay. Not long to get a real understanding of what’s really been going on.

FY 22 will be the best ever inc the 3AB impairment. H1 23 will be interesting to see the CAB number and the net prices being achieved. As stated, DYOR and each to their own.

And to be fair, KO could have screwed us with taking more stock at the completion price and diluting is further. I took that gesture as giving back for the poxy 3AB acquisition which was a sweetheart deal. The CE deal followed and many LTHs sold following the deal.

Sp is weak but trading was marginal today, c 1.05m sold, 750k bought. Market has voted with its feet following news but volume has by Ben that high although a few chunky sells are probably leverage being squeezed.

Over 40% decline in as a result of no drilling progress a 15% decline in production and no divi news. I believe the retrace is overdone but wouldn’t be surprised to see further weakness. I’m adding constantly as I believe it’s way oversold and I’m happy to top up the divi pot. As always, DYOR and make your own decisions. Certainly not an investment for the faint hearted !!

They could clear out PIs in a second, going Private isn’t their agenda. The WCP are taking the cash and they’ll continue to do so providing it’s there to be taken.

The CE deal ? Why sell it for $22.5m when they had $15m in the bag and probably more to come ? Who owns the Seychelles Co, any of our board members by any chance ;) Not saying that the CE hasn’t been a good investment, if this deal goes through then a profitable exercise but are we saying the CE is only valued @$45m ? Surely it’s worth more ? The Seychelles company has now got 50% of an undervalued asset and what’s the betting that the other 50% will get sold and then the CE will be sold for $75-$100m maybe, that is good pension planning !! Don’t need Divis if there are other routes to generate cash.

Moving on. Next news due w/c 26/6 and surely there’ll be a pre AGM sweetener to lift the mood ? FY accounts, inc up to date operational update, this will provide the basis for an interesting meeting !!

I’m not shocked as to Caspian comms, more a case of shocking performance at a pivotal time when sp was poised to break double figures. On the cusp to deliver their first deep success and smash it out of the park but alas, more lost pasties and poor operational outcomes, welcome to Casper but I really did hope this time was different.

SP could drift further and another trading opp !! for those who can see that FY accounts upon us and maybe a very healthy divi at 10%+ and maybe 142/802 see progress but as we know, that’s in the lap of the gods.

SP back on its arze and back to 5p. FY accounts w/c 26/6, hopefully all the detail we need inc a comprehensive operational update. Are we going to get a dividend update pre the accounts ? I find it unbelievable that they’ve given guidance re ‘expected’ declaration in May and pay in June. Loads of new investors joined the bus for dividends and not to update and leave all in the dark ? I still can’t believe it. Are we going to see an update pre FY accounts release ?

Welcome to Caspian. Can’t even call it Carverspeak as there’s absolutely zippo to go on. H1 was meant to be the busiest in Casper history, what has been going on ?

BNG production dropped from in excess of 3000bopd inc 700-900 from 802 so worst case 2100+, mid point 2200+ do what’s happened. More wells offline ?

The RNS was a stinker re detail but that’s not the first time but this was probably the worst to date. No Carverspeak, nothing to get your teeth into.

They communicated that they ‘expected’ to declare divi in May and pay in June, must’ve forgotten to update !! They stated that they wanted to get new shareholders onboard with the intro of Divis, well they’re going a very funny way about things if they’re looking to attract or retain Divis. I’m sincerely hoping that they are going to hold them in.

et al, i’ve been looking back over the company financials over last few years, it’s like chalk and cheese yet the sp is still on its arze. providing the oil receipts are as stated ie they’re getting the same as net international prices without the urals discounts. will be good to see fy accounts where all detailed inc domestic/mr split.

they’re redoing 142, new 150 (155?), resuming 802 so is part available now ? concluding ce deal and cash received when ? divis must be still on the cards so let’s see if we get a surprise announcement to reward those invested.

The hype was fluent BS by hopefully most peeps can see that, if they couldn’t, they can now !!! Rinse and repeat, over and over.

The company is in rude financial health based on what we know but the FY accounts will hopefully add the detail.

Divis ? not to make any statement ? Makes me think a separate about cement coming pre FY accounts.

Hopefully you will ask all the obvious questions at the AGM, important that shareholders especially those with a considerable financial interest.

I can’t believe they’re drilling 803 ahead of A7. Allegedly A7 was the final deep to satisfy licence commitments, now 803 ? Why drill it if 802 was going to be another duffer.

Confused.com. Hopefully the FY accounts gives OUs the detail to base their many AGM questions :)

Nope, wrong again. Peeps had already sent notes before I communicate and sone posted that on here on other boards. Re communication, we shouldn’t have to ask for timely communication ! That expectation. Is set by Caspian !! Where is the Divi announcement as promised ? The divi that many investors bought into ?

Shocking comms aren’t acceptable and officers of Listed companies, actually directors of any company have responsibilities and need to ge held to account when not following the rules. Many think that they can’t be held to account, oh yes they can but hopefully we don’t need to go there. How the feck can you make investment decisions when there’s no news or detail, you think that’s acceptable ??

Next news, FY accounts and financials and the detail needed to make informed investment decisions.

We have no idea where we are with 802 ? but why drill 803 and why is it suddenly part of this years work commitments. Why drill that ahead of A7 and A5 sidetrack ? Surely they’re hopeful of succes at 802 as why drill 803 ??

Let’s hope we get some transparency come FY account publication.

Everyone complaining to the Nomad….lol. I certainly didn’t but know of a couple who did and yep I did contact Clive to state that there are a lot of VERY disgruntled PIs who will take things further unless comms improve. Certainly didn’t heed that advice !

The CE sale is good news but obviously still conditional so hopefully it will complete. It is a huge chunk of cash and hopefully will assist continued operations and Divis ?

802 still alive but we have no idea as to what’s going on but hopefully more detail come FY accounts.

We’re still in the dark but as far as I can see, the assets are still in play and if the CE deal is done, the show continues.

Those of you going to the AGM, hopefully you will ask the DIRECT questions but we will know more when FY accounts released.

CC, you’re unbelievable mate. Our Spangle who is a genuine guy working in the industry, made the comments on 802. He posted it on ADVFN ages ago.

All serious investors ! Have a look at the financials over the last 3 or 4 years and work out how much of a difference $37.5m makes to this little company. They have to sort the drilling as that’s where our future value is but at least they are funded to operate for years to come.

Great news on the CE and that is a well needed chunk of cash to land this year subject to T&Cs. That’s $37.5m coming our way, that’s more cash than turnover over the last 3 years and it looks like it’s needed. Still yo own 50%, hopefully more charters from the Istay agreement.

Operationally, a very poor period for the company with little progress and depletion at MJF but prices achieved are still healthy but as always our Clive has chosen not to provide detail so now it’s time to really drive home the message at the AGM and get answers to questions following FY accounts publication.

On the face of it, financially they are in a great place with CE cash but where’s the detail on everything else ??

Reading that update, it shows that Clive is not in touch with operations on the ground or choosing not to ?

Kuat converted $6.2m for stock and obviously he and all the big boys benefit from chunks of Divi cash so why no update ??

I thought the days of poor comms were coming to an end but sadly not the case. Mustn’t lose sight of the $37.5m cash injection coming their way, that is great news but todays update which is scant on detail, shows their lack of respect for the PI base. As stated, those going to the AGM need to ask all the unanswered questions but hopefully the detail is in the FY accounts.

I was expecting news as per comms, not unusual to expect news as communicated, but hey this Caspian. I thought they would issue divi news as a minimum end of May and full operational to be left to FY accounts as why double up. No divi news so they have to update on that after getting pestered and probably will go the full hog next week, let’s see.

A bargain at 5.3p ? Not long to find out

There’ll be news this week as they’ve received feedback from PIs who have written to Nonad etc. I know many unhappy holders who want to go further but I believe the message has hit the spot so hopefully we don’t wait til FY results, I think that’s very unlikely ! If we don’t then yep, the AGM questions will be interesting, I’ll be getting feedback from my hospital bed :)

So much news to report on that the sp impacts on the upside could be extreme, the downside ? barring anything sinister, hopefully minimal . If MJF prod is still holding up then just that with CE cash puts a foundation under this price and any weakness, I’ll be taking advantage.

Going to be interesting to see how this trades early next week unless there’s news on Monday of course. Last chance for those who’ve sold out or reduced holdings to book a Divi seat. I’m hoping they declare and worst case delay payment to July. For me, this is a strong buy as there is or should be loads to report on it and I’m betting on the fact there’ll be sone positives in the mix,

I believe we may see peeps wanting to get back onboard Monday. Uncrossed trade at 5.5 at close so it will open there, will tick down as true price is 5.35 mid but we’ll see where we go from there :)
