The News that both MP materials and Lynas have failed in RE processing is quite shattering. MP didn't bother with a pilot plant I believe.

Lynas failure opens the door even wider for RBW to be the strategic stock pile provider.

Another attempt at complex RE processing failed. RBW's simple tech is going to be in even more demand

Besides, RNS stated they would be involved in the next funding round, and you don't invest that sort of money to stag it when you own 80% of the shareholding. Selling 1% would be difficult and it would lob off 10% of your share price..

there is no cake. it has no value, other than that set by the share price. this is not a fixed asset.

the investor pays 1.7p for share whose current price is 9p has been given a discount.

the market cap is sp * number of shares. that equation soes not change.

The point being that 9p does not reflect the dilution to come and assumes that mcap will rise x5 once the shares are issued.

That's probably a very wrong assumption.

The market sets the sp, not the number of shares issued. If the Sp doesn't fall to the issue price (as it often doesn't) them mcap will increase. We don't know what the SP is and therefore don't know the mcap.

Gora29 is not correct, what he could only be describing is different share classes with different SP.

All shares have the same value, the price paid for them is irrelevant. Mcap = SP * shares issued

There will shortly be 5x the number of shares issued. So whatever the displayed SP/mcap multiply by 5

Current Mcap is £18million based on the 5x share dilution

So real current SP is 5x what is shown,

ie. 50p. Up 1000% since yesterday
