How, exactly, is it _obvious_ to you that the auditor saw something they didn't like back in July. Please spell out the argument for those of us to whom that's not obvious.

Never mind; I thought these were 0.01p shares. I've just checked, and they're notional value is actually 1p, so we passed that point a long time ago.

Are there any rules about what happens if a share is trading at or below its notional value?

What debacle? The accounts were released at the last possible minute by AIM rules, but do you have inside knowledge that this was because the auditor had reservations? If so, please link to the evidence. If not, please shush.

They have a NOMAD until 31st Jan, and if you read the RNS that NOMAD signed off the detail that two directors are still considered independent, so did get to look at this before it was signed off.

Dilution factor was 1:2.
SP opened down at a price that would indicate a dilution of 1:3.
That means MCap is actually up at the open compared to yesterday's close. The price per (new) share is down, obviously, but the market seems to view this positively.

Surely it will. It closed yesterday at 0.028. The dilution was roughly one new share for every 2 already issued. So just the dilution means 0.028 becomes 0.0185 or thereabouts.

And note Martin didn't get any shares out of this.

Not the only risk. There's still the risk that's been around for a few years: No commercial contracts.

I'm just sitting tight. Like many others I was holding on because at these prices there's nothing to be gained in selling. It's good to have some light at the end of the tunnel, but whilst grateful for that I've no plans to increase position.

If those who have sold out think similarly, I also can't see them re-enter the market.

Wasn't the whole Circadian project part of the (now-closed) LED division?

Also, "can't go much lower" makes it sound like there's no risk because the only way is up. But zero is lower than 0.0155.

That vid was 5th July, so "soon" is relative.

As I pointed out when someone posted that link a week or so back, it's hard to know what we can conclude from that as to the health of the company. If you look at https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Job/romsey-photonstar-jobs-SRCH_IL.0,6_IC2688306_KE7,17.htm, you'll see that the LED division also placed two recent job ads. 16 days after the shareholder meeting to confirm its administration.
