Posts like that make me less likely to believe what someone posts on here. If people are carefully researching information that's in the public domains, and joining the dots in a credible way, that's interesting.

If people start suggesting, without giving details, that they possess inside knowledge that would have been illegal to leak, ... naah.

If they had already claimed their full entitlement of 3% at 0.0001 (which the shareholder meeting has not yet resolved to allow them), and they forward sold them yesterday, they'd have earned the princely sum of £32k for all their work.

So, Peterhouse are willing to be paid in shares for all their consultancy work. Which means if the company delists, or even if the company goes nowhere and the SP just drifts sideways, they don't get paid.

I'm not sure TA based on moving averages etc. can be a useful guide to anything here. The jumps on the historic graph are often triggered by the one-off placings at a heavy discount, which skew the graph artificially. The plan to make this a shell and then triggering an RTO means the adage that past behaviour may not be a guide to future performance doubly applicable.

Why. The new shares weren't given away. They were bought at 0.01p per share - exactly the same as the share price when the placing was announced. So the average value of each share is unchanged.

No. If market illiquidity sent the market down 10% when they first sold the X shares they'd shorted, then equally buying that same number of shares back would lift the market similarly.

By the logic of that petition, you should ban long positions too. Because all you have to do is buy some vast quantity of shares, which sends the price skywards (because the market is illiquid), allowing you to sell at the artificially inflated price. ... If only it were that easy either way!

All the other placings have been at a significant discount (as much as 50%) to the current market price. The result is a significant dilution to existing holders.

This share has been trading at 0.01p +/- 10% for weeks now, and this new placing is at exactly this level. So no dilution at all this time. Much better.
