So if the VentureBeat article is correct ( and lets wait and see) we had a false start the last couple off days. As for today I think by lunch time yesterday the rumor was already out and the day traders left the building so should be back to normal trading although expect a drift down over the coming weeks without any news. Either way we should not underestimate the announcement that Apple have now entered the fray and the value that will bring to all the DCB market players as I doubt Apple would only use one payment platform. If that was the case they may as well have put their hand in their pocket and bought Boku for 300m as they could have done in 2010. Whilst it would have been great to be the first with Apple I'm sure they will follow the google approach and spread their net using several payment platforms across the MNO's. I'm also impressed with the speed they will roll this out across the O2 network unlike AMAZON who have been tippy toeing around. After all Apple have been left in the stalls whilst Google and MS have a head start so they need to catch up fast Good luck all and have a great week end

Great day yesterday but the MM's are still in charge with the SP and will continue to play games. However if the Apple / Telefonica ( more Apple) becomes reality in favor of BANGO then irrespective of what games the MM's play the SP could have a Buzz Lightyear moment "infinity and beyond" But what do we know BANGO official statement is as follows We cannot comment on Apple’s expansion of support for carrier billing, other than to say we are delighted that Apple is extending the use of direct carrier billing (see link) http://bangoinvestor.com/2015/10/27/recent-article-about-itunes-carrier-billing-on-o2-germany/ I see this as not allowed rather than their own decision We should also keep in mind Telefonica has a link with Boku although this was from 2012 and it would appear Telefonica have been more active with BANGO in relation to APP store integrations. In addition if the integration was via Telefonica / Buko then this would limit further integrations with other MNO's. However even if Boku were also involved this is not the end of the world as long as BANGO get some of the cake Also BANGO announced in the half year statement that a further major App store is looking at the BANGO Grid so that in itself is a positive sign I still see the key moment and the sign of things to come when BANGO announce the further upgrade in capacity of the payment platform. For BANGO going forward I see the following panning out over the next 12 months 1 further announcements of activations and I have a gut feel there is still one big game changer announcement to come 2 EUS to steadily increase to approx. 200m end 2016 (250-300m breakeven) 3 Cash call Q1/Q2 (hopefully at higher SP) next year to maintain cash at hand & therefore keep major APP & MNO’S happy 4 Cash from item 3 to be used for further upgrade of BANGO platform once EUS hits 300m 5 Providing 1,2,3 & 4 are achieved retire

I think several years ago you could have made a comparison to the business model of both BGO and MOS but I think BGO saw the change coming with the likes of Apple and Google becoming the big players for digital content and changed their business model to a payment processing platform albeit a very clever one whereas MOS didn’t and therefore are struggling to gain any traction in the digital content sales market unless they entice their subscribers with free gifts as they did in Argentina in 2012 /2013 to show increased sales. A further comparison that still exists could be made in relation to the number of shares in free float with BANGO having only approx. 13m (25%), MOS 13M ( 35%) available to PIs and therefore on a positive note we all saw what happened with MOS this week on release on positive news (even if it’s all smoke and mirrors over at MOS with SB and his bunch of crooks) so we could expect a big increase in SP on future positive announcements and that’s where the comparison stops thankfully.
