According to the BANGO website blog Pokémon Go is now live in the UK. If you click the BANGO blog it takes you to another article that BANGO themselves have posted regarding the importance of MNO's signing up to DCB on the back of Pockemon Go to avoid loosing future revenue for ever. However a search on the web confirms Pokémon GO is now live in the UK ( and Germany ) although I am not sure if or who BANGO are partnered with in both countries other than I think Three in the UK and O2 in Germany although I'm not 100% sure if this is with Google Can anybody confirm who BANGO are partnered with in the UK & Germany and if this is with Google ? My post 9th June 2016 If you take the top 10 Institutional holders at 65.3% and the BoD's 16.37% this leaves only 18.33% = 11.914m shares available to PII's and that's not considering that there maybe other smaller institutional holders not listed. Pokemon Go has so far only launched in the US, Oz and New Zealand and Bango are already seeing a jump in revenue. From my research Bango have 4 partners in the US & at least 1 partner in Oz although these are not Bango core markets at this time. Therefore once Pokemon Go is launched in the Bango core emerging markets such as Inotnisia and new markets such as South America then the potential income is frightening. However I still think Bango have bigger fish to fry long term My opinion only

Providing Pokemon Go is the success everybody is forecasting and depending on the market share Bango can achieve this could be a great cash cow over the next couple of years. However, whilst the cash would be great short term I have higher expectations on Bango than achieving a business case on the back of a one off gimmick.

Looking at the end user spend progress announced in the trading update from this morning if they can get the BANGO Boost uplift on the BilltoMobile 58m revenue and some of the new activations start to contribute over the next 6 months we could be looking at monthly break even by the end of the year / early next year. Thereafter onwards and upwards In any case heading in the right direction

Looking forward if RM2 achieve the expected production of 1.5m pallets in China next year then its not hard to do the maths on the revenue this would generate (see below) especially with the already agreed significant sales orders of crc 250k-450k pallets. The commercial pipeline has continued to develop with the deployment of c. 230,000 pallets through rental agreements and the sale of a further c. 30,000 pallets. The revenue generated by the outright sale of pallets was US$ 3.7 million. In the rental business, the pallets are mainly deployed with customers in the United States and the United Kingdom. Rental and leasing of pallets in 2015 generated revenues of US$ 2.7 million in 2015. Smaller quantities of pallets are also on trial with a number of large companies before larger volumes may be introduced in their respective networks. In relation to the placing is it correct that the placing has been agreed at 35p as I find this astonishing with the SP today @ 23p or am I reading this incorrectly ? I also like that the fact that Woodford can have an observer attend the board meetings or can nominate a board member.

Don't get me wrong the revenue of US$30-40m has a big if with it and even if they have achieved it as it will mostly be related to sales of which I suspect they will have low margin I agree with you that there is another cash call due / agreed for the pallet pool and would also explain the SP being supported in the last days so that the cash call appears at a discount. It's either that or it's been leaked that they are going to pull a rabbit out of the hat with the results which I suspect are due Monday now Brexit is out of the way

We are waiting for 215 results so the China move has no impact. My revenue forecast of US$ 30 -40m is based on if (and that's a big if) they managed to produce the 2 significant sales orders @ let's say 500k pallets x@ US$ 55 per unit and some revenue from the rental pool and tracking system. RM2 definately ramped up production in H2 2025 as could be seen by their jod recruitment for production staff. The unknown is how much the friction problems impacted the above mentioned sales orders. Worth a read but nothing new although the statement they are near to a deal to suck up the next 2 years production could be interesting although they have issued the jam tomorrow news for the last 2 - 3 years. 2015 Results So if the BoD are creatures of habit we will get the long awaited 2015 results on Monday 13the June although I would not be surprised if we get a TU before the results. Why it takes 6 months to issue results with todays reporting & accounting systems is criminal and the max period from year end to issue of results should be reduced to 3 months (IM0). So what can we expect Positives - 2 significant sales order including PPG which could bring in revenue of GBP30-40m if fully executed in the year - Further fund raising achieved although the fact we needed it a negative - Gel coat appears to be received well by the industry although long term feedback is needed - Alliance with Zhenshi great long term - Blockpal accepted by Loblaw - Further contracts signed Negatives - Missed 2015 production targets due to gel coat - 2016 production targets to be missed due to relocation of equipment to china Summary Whilst production targets have and will be missed this relates directly to cash burn on material for the renting business model so the cash burn will be related to overheads. If they have managed to produce the pallets for PPG and 2nd significant sales order within the year then this could be the rabbit out of the hat Whilst the SP would indicate not all is good we must remember that the majority of stock is held by a limited few

From the timing of the RNS @ 14.22 confirming that all resolutions had been passed the AGM must have lasted a full 10 mins so not a lot discussed. Maybe nobody turned up

As with previous years I was expecting an AGM trading statement RNS this morning @ 07.00hrs Maybe their holding the release of the trading statement until the start of the AGM @ 14.00hrs with some good news on EUS or something else for the share holders to celebrate at the meeting.
