If the SP volatility is caused by the limited free float how can this be resolved unless Bango or the existing share holders decrease their share holding and make more shares available or Bango put more stock on the market but I guess these would just be gobbled up by the big boys and back to square one. Or does it not get resolved and once the company is fully profitable the company is sold / taken over and the proceeds split between the limited few and we all retire ?

Simon Agreed on that one, I stopped posting on ADVFN years ago, the site has to many glitches in the system in addition to the trolls After the last few days I would hope that Bango whilst having their no RNS policy unless they feel it necessary would take a view in order to settle things down issue the Q1 or end April EUS update and an overview on any new deals so far this year even if not giving the detail. I think they owe this to the PI's who have been loyal over the years From the 5.7m cash in bank at end 2016 you could expect a cash burn of aprox 1.9m for the 4 months so far this year not considering any income. If they are on track for doubling EUS (( 390m end December ) and taking a simplistic view of 7% compound increase EUS for end April should be approx. £21m giving an EUS for the 1st 4 months of 2017 @ circ £67m and based on 1.8% margin would give circ £1.2m into the coffers so cash should be sat at approx. £5m and heading to break even / profitable in July / August tis year. If Bango could give a trading update down these lines this would settle things down

Hi Simon As I said on 23rd March whilst the SP reacts to any buying pressure selling has the same effect as there are not many PI's willing to take a punt and mop up shares looking at the fundamentals. Whilst I agree in that Bango should not just issue RNS for the sake of it I'm not sure failing to give the EUS update as in previous years was a good idea and may give some small investors the jitters. The large investors who have backed Bango over the years I'm sure are being kept up to date with progress and the furture and are not selling so as you say nothing to worry about. Keep the faith and as Ray Anderson said at the investor day what you see going on with Bango is just the tip of the iceberg and the tornado effect will be with us before you know it

Hopefully this is the start of migrations mentioned at the investor day and with your posted link we start to get further news flow

I suspect yesterday was a mix of profit taking, tree shake by MMS after more shares and seeing the director sell RNS although the RNS was late on in the day by which time the SP had stabilised. Good strong recovery today and I for one will be happy once the end of Tax year games are out of the way. Whilst I understand people taking advantage on their CGs allowance directors selling shares never goes down well in my opinion and always gives the market jitters however small the number of shares. Also if you thought the SP was going to multi bag from Fridays high would it not be best to hold on to the shares and sell them at a later date rather than save the tax on today's SP. Surely the 2 BoD involved don't need the money Anyone have any comments on Ray Anderson transferring approx 43k of shares to his daughter which from my understanding is not tax efficient and therefore flies in the face of his strategy on his CGs and if she sold them would there need to be an RNS.

Interesting couple of days coming as to which way the vote will go, providing it goes ahead that is and there is no last minute change of direction. Expect some volatility in the SP on the run up to 4.30 on Friday if the outcome of the vote is unclear as the for and against try to influence the outcome

Pensioner I hope you correct and also think this is going to Bango The question I would ask is why are they terminating the service and not just doing a straight transfer / migration The answer could be that the original agreement that the subscriber made was with Boku and not MS so they will need to accept and sign up to the agreement with Bango. It still does not answer the question why MS is saying DCB is no longer available India is not the only country that has terminated Windows DCB

RNS 22nd December 2016 Pultrusion began in Mexico this month and the finished BLOCKPal product will be available in January. The Company has agreed with its manufacturing partner, Jabil Circuit Inc (Jabil), the specific monthly ramp-up of production during the first half of 2017 with full production in Mexico expected in Q3 2017. The process in China is approximately 10-12 weeks behind Mexico. By my reckoning Mexico should be producing Blockpal out to the supply chain and the China Plant should now be commissioned and the finished Blockpal available ready for ramp up of production in Q2. Dam I did the calcs on a steady increase of approx £1.36m per month to get us to the £390m and based on maintaining 1.8% margin had revenue at around £5.4m although will be happy somewhere between the £264m & my £390m which is what the at least about. I think when they are talking about migration we can expect some big chunks being added to the EUS rather than a steady increase so the timing will be key to what the end of year EUS will be. I'm also thinking that's the reason they have not announced the EUS as to date they have not had any of the EUS migration chunks so the EUS would look a little on the low side against the forecast 100% increase and give the market jitters. For this reason the safer bet is as you say 100% increase in annual EUS and we know where we stand and lets not be greedy.

Having read the results again there are 2 questions Firstly What is meant by Bango expects to deliver at least a 100% increase in EUS rate by the end of FY2017 Is this to increase the 2017 exit rate from EUS 195m to EUS 390m or double annual EUS from £132M to £264m as each one could have various outcomes for profitability Secondly In relation to the statement Bango has seen EUS growth in the first quarter in line with expectations, why did they simply not announce the actual EUS as on previous results Also which of the 2 scenarios for doubling EUS are the market expectations based Any views

MM's taking the SP up

I think the results had already been priced in the SP and the SP may sit around the GBP1.00 level until the next announcement on EUS or any major deal / DCB launch. Bango did say at the strategy day that they would not be issuing RNS for all new DCB routes so I presume they are only going to issue the ones that are game changing. On this bases I would be happy to wait until the 2017 H1 results in September for the next update although whether the market and other investors have the same patience I'm not sure. My short term hope for the SP is that we see the end of the volatility which I also think is behind the Bango decision not to make any announcements unless necessary and once the EUS starts to climb as forecast we get a steady rise in the SP. Don't forget the SP is punching way above its weight based on the results which is what most investors go by although well below Bango's potential. Anyway happy to hold and even more so after todays update
