New article posted by Bango states that Google Indian revenue has increased by 300% in the last year With 90% of the Indian population being unbanked I ask the question how have Google managed to achieve this massive growth Is it not a year since Bango and Google introduced DCB ?

Norigold It will happen one day when all our lives are run around our mobile phones including all payments and no cash will be involved. The MNO's are waking up to the scenario that they are best placed to be the banks & credit facilities for all and will start charging interest on monthly unsettled phone bills just like Visa and MasterCard. This already happening in several countries (India & Africa)

Grottyface Please don't take offence but whilst I welcome Bango share tips I firstly am not a fan of motley fool and secondly the content of Paul Summers comments give nothing new, no details and in my opinion demonstrates little or no research and to put it simply following the trading update a fool could work out the ball park figure of what the H1 results due in September will state so don't see why the SP should rise in anticipation. However, the SP will rise with continued good news , confirmation of further mega deals, increased EUS and also in the knowledge where Bango is going in the years to come. This is based on research and I don't expect to get paid for it

Following the RNS this morning the number of shares issued so far this year following the exercise of employee share options is just over 760k with 500K in the last 3 months. I wonder how many have made it onto the market

Simon Whist it would be nice to ride the peaks and troughs of the Bango roller coaster I totally agree this a long term play with the next 2 years life changing if you stay with it. All the big Investment companies are fully aware and are holding their positions. Even with ST 300p tip at 270p I thought it was running before it could walk and without further news so the re-trace is not surprising although as we all know Bango can rise as quick as it can fall with such a small free float. I'm hoping they have another strategy day in January 2018

Went off on holiday down to the Promenade de Anglais last week when the SP was @ 190p and after a 10% retrace the SP is 248p I'm already booking my next holiday

I suspect they will try to raise cash to cover issued purchase orders (USD 12.7m) or use the cash in bank (US$22.6m) from the recent fund raising ( if the terms allow ) to buy some time and try to improve the outlook of the company with signed contracts and would also leave USD10m+ 6 months running cost excluding income from the 265k pallet pool which would be increased as the pallets come onto the market. I calculate the pallets are costing approx US$80 (any offers on a more accurate costing ) each so @ USD 12.7m committed orders would increase the pallet pool from the existing 265K to approx 420k so would increase the income to approx USD 9m Also if they can sell the existing assets as planned that would get them a further US$7.7m which they can then use as running cost on top of the remaining USD 10m from the recent fundraising so basically gives them approx 9 months to sort out the funding at an improved SP or via alternative financing tools. Maybe this is the new CEO Jasper Judd taking a different view.

Norigold What gives me great comfort with Bango is that all the big investment boys are holding firm. Also if any one of them tried to cash out they would need a big buyer otherwise they would crash the SP and whilst this could suit a shorter I doubt there are sufficient shares available for shorting to make an impact. I suggest the only end game with Bango for the big boys is that over the next 2-3 years Bango will achieve (sorry continue to achieve )and increase profitability and then be subject of a take over at a price acceptable to the big boys which providing Bango continue to perform the price for the TO will need to be far above today's SP (£5 plus) For the short term I suspect the £3 ST target will be reached before the 2017 H1 results although without any new positive RNS we may see a retrace. If however we had further positive RNS this will boost the SP further towards the £4 target.

Maybe Molson, Walsh, Woodford & co would rather finance the pallet production themselves rather than pay the finance cost to a third party which would make good business sense ( not sure I should use that statement when talking RM2) Whilst this would expose them to further risk maybe they already know that the production targets and end user contracts (sell or rental) are already in the bag so it's a no brainer. Time will tell but the big boys are holding their nerve

Not had time to post this week but what a week. Can't help but think something big brewing in the background. Have been enjoying the sunshine down on the Promenade de Anglais and went to Monte Carlo Casino last night and walked away with £200 up. The misses was made up, little does she know what's going on in the world of Bango !

Maybe a question to ask is did Bango decide to increase the capacity or was it a requirement from a partner but either way there must be good reason !

Now we appear to have stopped burning cash at GBP300m (maybe even cash generating) and presume we meet the doubling of EUS by year end ( I actually think this will be far exceeded) would I be correct in thinking 1 Operating costs appear to remain approx. GBP5m and 2 the remaining increase in EUS from GBP300 to GBP400m or anything above will attract clear profit at what ever margin Bango can maintain which for H1 would still appear to be approx. 1.8%. Opinions welcome ?
