Totally agree, a doubling of EUS this year will rapidly eat away at the negative PE ratio providing they continue to keep a lid on costs although we can expect some increase as a result of the commited spend on Audiens You look at the potential of the deals from last year with Amazon in India & Japan and the possible migration legacy google accounts and you start to think even at US$ 5 billion the capacity of the Bango Platform looks like it will need expanding further in the not so distant future. Nice problem to have 12 weeks to until the next Trading Update and hoping for some news flow over the coming weeks

Yes the bad press on the Facebook data breach and general dumping of tech stocks will have dampened any enthusiasm of PI's without news on new agreements although I also suspect end year tax accounting has had a big influence of late. Be glad to get past Thursday and then crack on in the New Tax / ISA year with all those 20k's looking for a home and hopefully news on the anticipated agreements mentioned in the 2017 finals.

Totally agree, if I had spare funds / capacity in my ISA this would be a great top up price before close on Thursday, then lets see what happens on Friday for the new ISA year. Nothing has changed on the downside with Bango only positive progress from what I see and as stated in the results released on 13th March on track to meet expectations and again double EUS this year.

I would suggest booking end of year tax losses for those who jumped on board mid summer to December last year and new ISA year coming up may have something to do with the recent price drop. Normal Bango roller coaster in my opinion

Thanks for the link. 2 points I take from the results and the interview 1 The EUS end Feb of £465m is extremely encouraging which as Mr Anderson states is normally a flat month. I recall in last years results they avoided providing an EUS update and the H1 results proved to be rather flat so hopefully H1 2018 demonstrates that the ramp up of the Amazon Japan deal in H2 2017 has continued 2 I’m sure with the relationship Bango have with Google & many of the global network operators the target migrations and the anticipated EUS from these migrations are already identified and the nod & wink that these will happen at agreed dates going forward has been given 2018 outlook is looking very positive

Normal games being played with Bango on results day, the trading houses try to take advantage of the minimal shares available on the market by introducing volatility and activating stop losses set by PI's Give it a few days and it will settle down and probably start ticking up once the analysts have had their meetings to review the results although I suspect most were already fully aware

Pen167 Just read the PE Report indicating �1.4 billion EUS and �11.3m revenue for 2019 which would indicate margin below 1% although this should be no surprise as the drop in margin has always been the forecast / market strategy. Looks like they will be targeting a number of the legacy Google Play Store activations over the coming period which are valued at �3 billion so 30 success rate would be nice.

This looks interesting and Bango have been saying for some time that they have been working on IoT activations and have for many years had a global relationship with Telefonica. Looking forward to the 2017 final results this time next week. Hopefully they also have a new juicy agreement to go with the results as well as confirming they expect a large increase in EUS through the Bango Platform in 2018.

For me the one thing in the results on the 13th I will be focusing on will be the forecast performance for 2018. Bango in the past have always set realistic and have achieved targets rather than targets that are missed like many small cap companies. Some may say the targets are on the soft side but at least you can make your investment decision on targets that will be achieved

My view its not oversold, its just been manipulated to get the placing price for the big boys, they will keep it around this level for a period to avoid unwanted attention before moving it back up

Due 2 weeks today, lets hope the SP remains stable and ticks back up thereafter. Just a point that may have gone a miss on the recent placing which at first glance appeared high at �5m is that whilst the placing was used to cover the initial purchase on Audiens @ �1.3m and shared services of �550k over the next 12 months there is also an call / put option for Bango to purchase Marko Maras's shares for up to �1.2m by end Feb 2020 (2 years) which then leaves just under �2m for the development and marketing of Audiens as stated by Bango. Makes sense in my opinion to include the call / put option cost in the placing now rather than a second placing.

KB I think along with many other positive points ST highlights he also points out in relation to the acquisition of Audiens the fact that the vendors have accepted 521,000 shares, and have warrants over 738,000 shares with an exercise price of 180p clearly suggests that they see upside in Bango's share price. They are incentivised to maximise the success of the acquisition for Bango given the terms of the additional consideration payable.

Thanks for the reply but not sure I understand So if I read correctly we have annualised EUS400m and we need another £133m @ 1.5% margin would give approx £8m profit. Appears a little on the high side considering operating costs for the Bango Platform of circ £5.5m Maybe I’m miss understanding so apologies in advance

In relation to Bango claiming EBITDA (earning before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization) positive do Bango have any interest, tax, depreciation and amortization of any significance to take into consideration ? Tax maybe on salaries ? I'm not an accountant so not sure how this works and what is taken into consideration

Totally agree, also the entire Bango team came across extremely confident that they had the correct strategy and revenue via the BP would continue on the steep upward curve as more customers & merchants come on board( the tornado effect), I also think the Amazon in Japan is doing far better then they are letting on and wont be long until further physical goods deals go live including with other merchants than Amazon
