I also find the following statements encouraging as this indicates certain EUS as reoccurring / growing revenue and EUS already in the bag for H2 but not accounted for in the H1 actual EUS

This time last year I had the Amazon Japan Physical Goods RNS to wake up to on my Birthday Anyway it will be interesting to see in the trading update in July what 12 months of the Amazon Japan deal has done to the EUS

The beast is awakening Less than �10m of Bango's EUS came from the EU & UK last year, maybe things are about to tick up especially now physical goods and are also included. Remember the UK & Germany are Amazon's 2nd & 3rd largest markets along with Japan although the Payment Services Directive (PSD2) opens up so many more EUS revenue opportunities

Razor Razor My post was not intended to comment on the investment choices / strategies of PI's but only that Ray must be fully aware of what caused the sell-off right or wrong. Maybe the statement was a typical Ray Anderson teaser to send the message as best he can that everything is all looking good behind the scenes

Whilst I think Ray Anderson is doing a great job overall in making such a statement I would suggest he wakes up this morning and has a long sniff of the coffee. 1 He should be fully aware that last year with new billing routes and press coverage there will have been many PI's coming on board at a SP at between �2 & �2.60. 2 In January Bango then decide to do a placing at �1.80 crashing the SP 3 Lack of news flow since the turn of the year meant those new PI's that didn't get taken out at the placing crash became even more nervous 4 Whilst any impact on Bango from the Facebook fall out is unknown the fact that the fall out was related to how data is used which is a key Bango strategy (Bango Deep) this must have added to PI's becoming even more nervous 5 MM's then taking advantage of the situation putting downward pressure on the SP to mid �1.40s thus shaking the remaining PI's out of the tree 6 Summary new PI's who came on board in Q2/Q3 last year sat with approx. 40 - 50% loss on their investment without any news flow abandon ship and he states he does not understand the sell-off, get real Ray, not everybody is lucky enough to have the birds nest seat of what's going on.

With you Rover90 on the need to establish profitability and keeping operating costs under control which in my opinion is now within touching distance and yes we can expect a volatile SP until this is achieved, the problem for those waiting in the wings is that once this has been achieved it will be a high price ticket to join the party whilst those who did their research and were brave enough to have bought the party ticket early will be able to just to sit back and enjoy the ride

Well that was a nice beer in the sunshine SimonS I don't have a problem with the standard RNS following the AGM, what I was trying to say was that for the last 2 years that's all Bango issued so don't even expect any additional news which again I don't have a problem. If they do decide to announce news then that's a bonus. I relation to news flow last year I can not agree with your statement that Bango made some effort to space the news. The first 6 months we got no news with the exception of the results, we then got the great news in June related to Amazon then we had a news frenzy in November which appeared to compete with the Boku IPO which is very unlike Bango. I personally think Bango are now past the point of issuing news to support the SP but will issue news when appropriate to do so or as required by Stock market rules and the strength of the SP will be based on the results and forward looking statements. For me I'm happy to wait until the trading update and H1 results in July talking of which for me there will be 3 key issues 1 EUS continues to grow according to market expectations which demonstrates growrh and activations 2 Bango operating cost's remain stable subject to point 3 below 2 How they deal with the reporting of investment and revenue from the Audience acquisition especially in that from the announcement in January Bango were committed to spend / invest approx. GBP1m on the integration process over the next 12 months which then adds at least GBP400k to the overheads cost's This needs to be reported separately in my opinion My view only

It was back in 2015 since Bango gave a trading update ahead of the AGM and since then the trading update has moved to after completion of the half year results in July which for me makes sense so I'm afraid whilst we could do with some news I very much doubt this will come on the day of the AGM other than the standard RNS "All resolutions have been passed". Last year we had no news between the 2016 Finals in March and the AGM and had to wait until June 6th for any news but boy when it came it was huge and worth waiting for. I'm sure the guys at Bango have the pipeline of news that will push the SP to the next level but as normal with Bango we just need to be patient. After the drenching yesterday time for a pint sat outside the pub tonight

Whilst I doubt it fully explains the rise in the SP the Netfix results and growth in LTA / Mexico subscribers may have some influence Apart from that it may just be the correction now the dust has settled from the placing
