I presume you are referring to the part where they are going to retain free cash flow for growth rather than dividends? I did say if. They might not have a choice but to guard it now with the SP tanking. Either way a PE of 10 here is cheap I would think.
Overdone here? I know there is some restructuring to be done, but if they guard the yield here I am not sure it can slip below a PE of 10?
I bought my first batch at around £14 and I think this is a good op to average down now. Thoughts?
I'm bowing out of commenting here for the time being. Unless you saying the world is rosy and full of candy and rainbows it is a waste of time.
As I said I hold a fairly small investment at .87p bought 2 and a half years ago. Derisked my entire holding when it bagged and I will leave the rest in here. the market is telling us something and we obviously don't know what it is yet. It is not falling for no reason though.
Here's to hoping there is something positive in the pipeline very soon.
For my last post (because I am trying to drive the price lower in the casino) for a while........Why am I worried about the Hostile Takeover.....
As it currently stands we own 30% of Havieron. Yes it is a potential Tier 1 mine, but we can never get any more that that out of it (unless they was away). As it stands, we have been told some of our other assets are not financially viable or we know nothing about them.
Our big brother is now in complete control of what happens here. TEFLER makes Havieron more valuable to everyone but them for obvious reasons. So if they are slowly acquiring we are in trouble. That's all.
My worry is that we are now getting to a level where we can be taken out at a far lower level than where we were a mere 6 weeks ago. Not retailish about that. A legitimate concern and obviously something is happening that's all I am sayting. Nothing losses 600 million in value for no reason. there is a reason and we don't know what it is yet.
Ominously close to 20p. Looking at the price action over the last 6 weeks, when we hit that, the floor will probably drop from under us due to stop losses. When this happens and the company do not come out to explain this I would be very worried. Someone obviously knows something. When the GDXJ need to rebalance, we will have huge sales that will need to go through. This is getting perilous no matter what the incessant rampers here say. Although I am in sub 1p, I am now very worried that most of last years gains might be wiped out in the next few weeks. Regardless of what we have in the ground, there is nothing positive about this whatsoever.
Yesterday reading here you would swear you couldn't buy for love nor money unless you paid 28p for anything decent. Today they are selling for 21p. The latest excuse for the drop is other shares are going up. How long until the institutions will be blamed for buying loads of shares as the reason for a 50% drop?
Another cycle low. If they get this to 20, which looks to be what they want I’m afraid there will be another trigger of stop losses. Something needs to be done by the company at this stage. If you want to be legitimate and attract these infamous institutions you cannot have share price drops of almost 50%. You simply cannot. And that is exactly why all the blowholing about institutions loading up is nothing more than blowholing. The new CEO better get his finger out because this is becoming dangerous, and there is an outside chance that we never see the prices again in the event of a hostile takeover.
And I wouldn't get out of bed for the amount they had. Most of them were trackers and EFT's that they have no choice but top buy. Come back to me when a serious investor buys 5% or more and I will sit up and take notice. the rest is just noise.
Yeah that is driving me insane. Trying to tell me that the reason we are down 45% is because some big institution has been buying millions worth of undocumented purchases. The share price action is unbelievably poor and the weakness is not done yet. I don't care what anyone says about where we have come from. We came from there for a reason. We are now going back for a reason and it is NOT because institutions are buying in their droves. Someone else knows something we don't. Simple.
Weakening into the close. Unbelievable all these "institutional buyers" can't get the stock price higher. Meanwhile the FTSE is up 3%, the FTSE 250 up 2% as the US and Asia hit all time highs. These pesky institutions and all their buying dropping out SP lol./
What people are looking at here. 250k quote for me is 23.30. That is 1% above the current ask. Can get them far cheaper in two orders. But that is because the institutions want them all and won’t pay what people here think is market value so we fall everyday
