Someone please tell me why stroke marker test result is time critical bearing in mind the below paragraph??

The stroke marker test is NOT time critical!!

That's why lab tests are not a problem!

THE NICE RECOMMENDATION IS LAB TESTING....there's nothing to discuss!!

They have got forever to get lab results back ...there is no urgency for tge results whatsoever !!!!!!!!
