Think you'll find that was a Sell looking at the pricings.
There was a 15m share trade shortly before that looks like it may have been a Buy though.
Hard to tell with the EU mess up on this data nowadays.
Either way, both of those trades were barely worth peanuts, EVEN in terms of U.K.O.G.
Certainly far from institutional levels.

I have made a considerable profit here (10,000%).
But that all happened over an eighteen month period starting just before the 11p spike.

I've made some since but the opportunities have been less frequent and spreads too wide.
I made it from trading.
I also tried holding but the SP fell and I had to trade it all back again.

The money I mad I made by pure accident.
It was a strategy I'd been brought up to believe would not work and, in my mind, I'd written it off in advance.
However, it accumulated a large amount and by the time I realised what had happened it was too large (in a way).
I bottled it.
I 'banked' half my profits into my "normal" portfolio and continued with the rest but in smaller chunks.

Although I have made some good ones since, the risk now outweighs the rewards (for me anyway).
I keep watching in the hope seeing another opportunity like 2017.
I don't believe it will happen, but there are still occasional spikes.
These seem to be caused from investors with gambling fever.
The signs are not good for anything else.

Investing here (on the available evidence) means you're investing on how you think other "investors" are betting, rather than anything UKOG are doing.

There's always the chance that that may change, which is what I'm interested in.

Everything the optimists have been spouting for the last dour years hasn't changed.
It's all been there all that time.
Various permit grants have caused some sentiment spikes but the same sentiment has left us where we are today.
The spikes are all that make this worth investing in and you have to pick your moment for those, not hold and hope.
