I made money from AIM.

I had (and still have) no knowledge about it, just tried an experiment with a small amount of money and turned into a lot.

I did that by flipping rather than holding.

Things can turn around too quickly in AIM to make the risk of holding (with no inside knowledge) worthwhile.

Full disclosure:- When I started, that strategy was not my original intention.

I originally bought UKOG with the intention of holding (based on board comments).

An early and quick rise of 300% in just a few days made me sell before I'd expected.

Again, pure luck.

That point came back in 2017.

Many have not been blindly sticking up for UKOG and misleading others.

There is one group of 'industry oil expert' "in here" which has made consistently correct calls over the last six years, while those employed and "paid a lot" by the 'oil-industry-expert-in-chief' appear to have just assisted him in running the share price into the ground with nothing at all to show for it.

I find him funny as hell.

Imagine trying to find a reason, any reason whatsoever, to justify spending as much time and effort posting all the drivel he posts on here, while in the full knowledge that it's going to be deleted in as little time as it takes for the rest of us to bring it to Admin's attention.

What can that leave us to conclude about his exciting/interesting life?

Other than he proves that it's dull, boring, and pretty much pointless, by himself?

Which invalidates everything he contributes here.

Six years ago though.

I started intending to be a long-term holder, but quickly realised they could be flipped for fast profits.

Sometimes several times per day.

Very few opportunities to do that now, and those that are still around are at much lower margins.

The people who bought in before that at under a penny, thought it would go higher and they'd make even more profit.....
