I've been wrapping up a family member's affairs and am just on the home straight now.

In a dramatic change to my weekend entertainment, I found that I couldn't spare the time for that burke.

But even for just those two lines, I rapidly lost the will to live and couldn't be bothered to finish.

In my professional life I've found that there are three types of people and I've had to balance these to build good teams:-

1) Project starters

2) Project operators

3) Project closers.

UKOG only has project starters and will never get/make any money without some of the other two.
