1. It was the UK Remainer PM who initiated the first referendum in 2016.
2. It was UK Remainer MPs who voted (overwhelmingly) to have a first referendum in 2016.
3. It is the Remainer MPs who have acted relentlessly to stop the result of that referendum through 2018!

From before, during and after the referendum, the entire mess has been led by Remainers.

Traders are worried about the ~$20m of debt, placings and warrants that will be needed for the expansion into Africa in 2019!

Scotland and NI won't leave the UK. Sturgeon and SNP have peaked and are on the slide and losing seats and the polls point to fading support for Scexit. NI has too many Brits living there and could never get enough votes to win a referendum.

May's EU-UK deal is actually not too bad.

UK will just go from half-in to half-out.

And the deal.gives the City of London a passport to trade financial services and retain its role as the top gateway to Europe and the Eurozone.

Of course, at the end of the day, the EU is not the real problem... The UK itself is the real problem. Britain just doesn't make or sell anything the world wants anymore. Roughly 75% of the UK is an economic wasteland, and those tens of millions of poor people just want someone to blame for their problems... and the EU is the scapegoat and whipping boy.

The VIX is currently pointing to a FTSE100 bottom around 5800. So, about another ~1000 points further to fall. January could get messy.

Yes, there has been a global bear market since at least August 2018, when gold started re-rising for the first time in years.

Pretty much every major economy worldwide has been slowing sharply in H2 2018.

The Fed's ridiculous rate rise in Q4 2018 has made a bad situation worse.

And Mnuchin's reckless "plunge protection" team has been the final nail in the coffin.

Not to mention Brexit chaos next year.

Expect 2019 to be grim.

WSBN is planning 2 refineries in Africa and the total cost could hit ~$20m. That is a heckuva lot of placings, warrants, debt, dilution, etc.

Don't get too excited about 2019. WSBN is planning to spank ~$10m on a refinery in Africa next year. That means potentially 5-10 billion extra shares and / or a bucketload of expensive debt being issued to pay for it.

A £3m win to a £1m marcap company... Investors are sleeping today...

Even after accounting for the Riverfort kick-the-debt-can-down-the-road special, it has still placed £0.6m in 2 months. Are they lighting cigars with £50 notes in the Honduran jungle ;-)

Not to mention the ridiculous 2 billion shares in issue here. And the -90% collapse in its share price.
