If ANIC want to get their valuation soaring, they need to invest the cash in more US companies.

UK and European firms almost always fail in these new hi-tech or frontier businesses -- their chances of success are very low.

China is also a good bet, but super-risky, and always difficult to takeout profits from the country.

If ANIC are going to keep slamming shareholders for free money every few weeks, they need to punt it on American startups. The US is where the hype, growth and funds will be in the future. Not Europe or UK.

Gin is now going out of fashion, so this was always going to crash. It is a play on the gin market. The charts suggest it is headed for the £5-10 range as the next stop. Momentum is very bearish.

Another strong tickup, last week, to 5.5p.

Great recovery play here, around £1.50. Electric bikes and scoots are soaring. Wouldn't be surprised to see it hit £2-3 this year.

Not a longterm hold, though. The rise of electric cars, which need -50% less maintenance, will eventually kill its Autocentre business.

It is a good price, at 5.5p. Without the AAL bid, SXX is basically worth 0p. The company has been so badly mismanaged, with a dodgy tunnel and mega debt, you folks should be relieved just to get "something". At least the CEO will retire a multimillionaire, so not everybody has lost out.

LLOY is down because the top directors have been selling shares in their millions during Xmas. Investors are nervous as to why they are suddenly jumping ship. Hard Brexit hysteria and spiraling Reading fraud costs are also a drag. That LLOY is falling in a soaring Dow is a further negative sign. The UK election in Dec was initially a positive, but director selloffs, Brexit and Reading have dragged it back down again in Jan.

Looking at the NAV here, the overpriced BYND rally in NY, the frequent failure of AIM-listed firms, and the weakening UK economy, then fair value for ANIC right now is around 2-4p.

The "prof" is nearly 100yo, but he's no mug. He has been pulling the same trick every few months for two decades. Take the end-to-end mining process, and string-out each step along the way several times longer than normal, hype it up, then dump shares for more cash every few quarters. Explore vaguely near an existing mine "over there", sow the seeds-of-potential by association, explore a bit more, place, get permit, wait for permit, place, authorize permit, found splinters (red), place, found more splinters (green), place, need a new permit elsewhere, wait for new permit, authorize permit, place, find more splinters in the new zone (purple), insert pumpy buzzwords like "diamondiferous" and "rich vein", place... Repeat ad infinitum... Very smart strategy.

To be fair, it has been blindingly obvious since 30-40p that Sirius was hugely overvalued and headed for bankruptcy and the shares were basically worth zero pence (0p). Lots of folks posted on here about it in 2018 and 2019, over 1-2 years ago! Mug punters crying into their pillows about big losses only have themselves to blame. It wasn't hard to spot that a tiny company trying to build something bigger than the Channel Tunnel, that needed billions and billions, in precious greenbelt land, was only going to dilute shareholders to nothing, or go bust and implode.

There will be no bidding war. SXX is on the brink of going bust, it needs billions to get up-to-speed, and the whole local region is awash with nimbys and snobs and green maniacs who will do anything to stop or delay the project. Today's offer is the best you folks are gonna get.

To be fair, it's been blindingly obvious since at least 2018 and 30-40p that SXX is a disaster. Too much debt, useless tunnel design, dreamer / reckless CEO offering the moon on a stick to naive investors... The list of incompetence goes on. AA may even be overpaying at 5.5p and the deal may yet crash.

AA is getting SXX on the cheap. Good business for AA.

Mug punters, who bought SXX at 10-40p, despite all the warning signs over 2 years ago, have been saved from total wipeout.

There will be lots of shouting and some sabre-rattling for a few weeks... and then the Dow bull-run will return and smash 30,000. The Fed has a few trillion left to pour into the market this year.

CEO, COO and CRO all selling millions and millions of shares in the past few weeks. Big red flag for 2020.

Sell on any spike. No share ever really recovers from a Muddy Waters raid. This is headed for under £10 in 2020.
