CNA is in freefall and the outlook here is extremely bearish.
Huge losses, giant asset writedowns, massive impairment, desperate asset sales, unfair price-caps, dividend cuts, weak dividend cover, relentlessly declining revenues, soaring debt of ~£4b, and on and on it goes. The company is a disaster.
And, now, the gas and oil prices are collapsing and compounding the misery.
The only direction from here has got to be down. And, with plunging fuel prices, while drowning in debt, the question now is whether CNA can survive at all. Investors need to start thinking here about an end-game scenario to 0p.
