If everything was going to plan the value would be X5 at least what it is now.. it's not been so you either buy for the potential turnaround or don't. Quite simple really.

Come on now Eric, how else are they supposed to motivate themselves. They need incentives lol. Very opportune of them. Disgraceful quite frankly, and they use the muse of 'independant company' to sort the options. Aligned with shareholders?! Are they boot! The BOD used to be or seemed to be decent in years gone by. The past few years certainly not.

I don't think it will make it move unless there is something formally made and the company passes it on. It's the same as last November when the initial Topshop rumours came about.

I can certainly believe the non stop interest part. It's clearly performing very well and Jose is very happy with it. Price needs to be right if ASOS are to act otherwise no point in entertaining it if we don't have to imo.

Kind of makes you wonder why that article was released on results day, not that I'm cynical.

I only caught the first 30 mins when Jose was talking about the trading statement/key points then I had to leave. I'll watch it all and Q&A later once it's on the website.

So far though I'm encouraged by the update/results. Deadwood has nearly been cleared, guidance reiterated, with growth resuming in Q4 and FY25 when it starts to come to fruition with margins, profitability and growth. We knew the turnaround would take time but it's nearly there, and the figures should start improving.. no reason for it to not be a hold/buy imo.

It's a big ship to turnaround lol. If the SP is this low in 12 months and the company sticks to future guidance/FY25 then we may as well all give up.
