Know my history?! Haha, come on now pocko this is an AIM company they all run very similar scripts. It's a gamble. July 2010 I've been here. It means nothing. However we are still fighting with the same main project and fundamentals slowly improving.

At the same time though this isn't going to go from a £15 million company to a £200 million plus overnight. The price will rise if we keep overcoming obstacles and stick to the 2026/27 production target. How can it not.. loads of ifs and buts, it's a micro cap and a gamble so no point moaning.

I didn't feel like there was no build up to this imminent decision which as ed put it 'we expect it to be in our favour'. It's not exactly like the build up to the initial concession award. The next huge build ups that will get the market interested here is the enviro permit or any strategic investors imo.

Yeah it could of, I just felt like it wasn't that much of a thing. Well obviously it was but it was pretty much a foregone conclusion more a matter of timing.

In terms of a plan, they've already told us what the plans are in previous RNSs. Why do they need to be reiterated again? We know we are on with the EIA, and PFS and working towards enviro permit. The only uncertainty to me is the price of the next fundraise which will be relatively soon..

To be fair it's hardly unexpected outcome. Market knew what the results was going to be.

Just spoke with HL, the new shares should be converted/issued before close today as they now have them. (Though not guaranteed)

It's 50:1 consolidation. So 1000 shares would be 20 now. Still same value just less of them which is better but we shall see what transpires soon enough when the new funds are required and how they go abouts.

Hardly unexpected if we want to be starting constructing next year and producing from 2026.. if that does indeed happen it is hard to imagine the market cap still sat at under £20 million lol. The key is what strategic partners will come onboard..

Since being CEO I'm happy with what he has done. He's been honest about messing up in the past and he has got a team together to now be ruthless and rectify past mistakes. We should know within 12 months whether it has been successful or not.
