Inflation up, ASOS doomed bankruptcy imminent. That better ;)

Not long to wait, this might be back growing again if we hit guidance. -18% for H1. FY guidance -5 to -15%. If that is hit then H2 is back to growth. Currently guidance for FY25 is also growth.

Time will tell if the world has moved on from ASOS when we see the next update ;)

Who knows, we are all in or not in for various reasons. It may turnaround, it may not. I'm betting it will, and betting I will see £10+ again some point. If not then c'est la vie.

Important next month or so coming with hopefully a trading update which keeps us (hopefully) on track.

Taken from the interim results:-

The site will be marketed for sale and is a versatile, fully automated pick-and-pack distribution centre suitable for use in a range of industries, and as such we hope to recover a portion of our investment. In the absence of an offer, a non-cash impairment charge of c.£114.7m has been taken against the asset on our balance sheet.

They invested £90 million in it and expect to get a portion back so may all not be completely lost. Soon see.

Ahead of what could be a £50 billion listing in London, the fast-fashion Chinese retailer has started the hunt for a large facility in the Midlands, specifically in the "golden logistics triangle” between York, Harrogate and Leeds.

The Singapore-based group is aiming for a building between 300,000 and 400,000 sq ft, with the possibility of sizes as large as 600,000 sq ft, reports from the Telegraph revealed.

Very much depends on the FY24 results and guidance for FY25 imo.

It's up and down in a tight trading range, could be completely different figures depending on what week/month it is. One minute it's up over the last 12 months next minute it's down. Fact is it's in a trading range. Very obvious to see. Will it break out of it this year or not is the question.

ASOS still in it's 14 months trading range and counting. If it kept going every time you said it's down there would be nothing left. Fact is it is sideways awaiting confirmation :)

Good post blabla. It's unfortunate people think long-term is a year or 2 and they then expect miracles to happen and complain when the SP hasn't risen. I'm happy and content so long as the turnaround remains on track. I've only been in here coming up to 2 years now, which is not very long really. Gl all genuine :)

I think you need to go and read the last set of results not rely on stockopedia for your info.

Encouragingly the SP is still treading sideways for what is now coming up to 14 months. The market awaits confirmation whether this turnaround has taken hold. It's difficult to see this remaining like this if FY25 guidance is met or reconfirmed come October. Soon see :)
