Net debt was £348 million in April. It's expected to fall further prior to the JV announcement. So yeah conservatively sub £200 million. Things are looking up..

Those bond repayments look a hell of a lot better and debt nicely reduced..

Much better than having £500 million due in 2026.

What's interesting is SIH partners used to short ASOS until the back end of last year (notifiable). Good to see the switch, and the direction they now expect ASOS to be going.

Works out at roughly a 223,000 share buy. Around about £1 million. More shares off the table :)

The put options were put in place the day of the news then the day after they decided to also buy some physical shares .. slowly but surely confidence is coming..

I think the BOTs MO is just to disrupt. Once they lose the argument or can't make a comeback they start posting drivel and change topics. Whoever sends them out needs to reprogramme them as they are quite pointless really.

One major Asos shareholder told The Times it was very pleased with the Topshop deal because “they raised enough money to refinance and got to keep [access to] the brand. It’s a better deal than selling to Shein because it means Topshop will open stores”.

Yeah no doubts enquiries would of been made. It was an open/transparent and competitive bidding process.. glad they didn't go with SHEIN.

However I'll be honest £10 does it for me now, back then it didn't as I had no where near as many shares :)

No wonder the original £10 a share bid was turned down 20 months ago. There is serious value to be had here in time..
