Once ingenuity is spun off the profit is likely to be around 7-8x that of warpaint. They have a market cap not that much less than THG and pay a dividend. They are in huge growth mode. THG has alot going for it, shame there is no clarity but it'll come, seems like they've finally got the hint.

Why can't it be compared. THG beauty is wholly owned by THG so in affect it has now become their own brand?

Free cashflow would be in the region of £80million if I'm not mistaken when you exclude Ingenuity. I'm sure that was mentioned somewhere. That is a significant amount. Of course it all depends on the structure of the demerger. However most likely multiples of today's SP with that kind of free cashflow.

Due course could be whenever, but they have worked on it for a year and clearly working through the options now. I'd expect to see something this year on it.... Imo

Any proposed demerger is expected to require shareholder approval, accordingly further information, including details of the proposed demerger, will be provided to shareholders in due course.

Markets haven't exactly been favourable for e-commerce. Macros have been poor. Let's see what happens with this spin off, it's what a lot of investors have been calling for and looks like it's happening now. Post spin off will be interesting with the 'highly profitable' other 2 companies. I quite like the CEO tbh, just my opinion of course lol.

I bought 40,000 yesterday. May not be the bottom but low 50s will do me. Close enough I reckon.. lots of positives to look forward to. Once there is clarity in the spin off the market will start to forward look and price in nutrition and beauty as they should.. imo. See where we are in 6-12 months.

They seem positive and engaged all stakeholders who also seem positive and willing. Look forward to seeing the circular with full details of the demerger.

Yep happy with that. Ingenuity should go as a standalone business with current holders getting a slice of the separated business. Then reap the rewards of the positive cashflow from the profitable nutrition and beauty. Makes sense.

Personally I sold out a year or so ago and been waiting for a reentry, now seems a decentish time to see what the next 12 months brings. Should be a few opportunities from here to capitalise on a spike or 2. Ingenuity concept is brilliant but not what the markets want right now. Just nutrition and beauty and positive cashflow paying a dividend would transform this company. Seems a decent punt at this price.

They are what they are, not to be taken seriously.. whether they post buy or sell.

They won't change the narrative until this is alot higher. You only have to look at the broker ratings as the shares were coming down, they were all but one saying buy lol. Now it's really low they tell everyone to reduce or sell..

I'm back in again.. I like the fact ingenuity is being separated.. paving the way for a massively profitable business. £80 Million cash flow previous year excluding ingenuity. Buy for next year...
