I agree I think it will be less... However I don't see the SP down here for long as the remaining two businesses are highly profitable and the demerger is happening within the next couple of months.. so free cash flow of around £80 million from January onwards equates to a SP of £1++

I'm not taking part in the placing nor having any in Ingenuity however I will pick up more here if the Placing price is stupidly low.

I wouldn't be surprised if it is around 40-50p. However brilliant news overall, demerger expected to happen before end of the year and circular beginning of November. :)

Cash generative business come January onwards. SP will not remain this low for long imo.

In the past update they reaffirmed guidance as set out in FY23 for revenue growth in FY25.. so let's see what they say in a few weeks. I expect stabilisation and heading back to growth now the old stock has been ditched and new model fully implemented. Only time will tell :)

That's fine. The value lies in the beauty and nutrition business over the shorterm (6months-2years) which is what shareholders want. Not ingenuity. Ingenuity will come into its own in the long term, the positive thing is current shareholders should get a slice of ingenuity to benefit in the future. :)

The company has already stated it's going to be top of consensus forecasts. However that is still loss making so won't drive this loads higher. It is the forward guidance and turnaround plan that will drive this. FY25 EBITDA is forecast to be double the £80million of FY24. So let's see if the turnaround remains on track, ahead of forecast or behind.. not long to wait now.
