Yes if you choose not to have any shares in ingenuity you can have your allotment in remainco instead.

I personally think it's a bargain and we will see a major rerating here towards Xmas time.

For a new share in the whole of THG. Will hopefully look a bargain in a few months time due to the hopeful rerating of THG as a whole.

It was never going to be a premium though was it. You'd have to be deluded to think that.

The option is there for all.. either take some shares in ingenuity of take extra shares in THG to compensate for your loss in ingenuity.

Because the other 2 parts of the business are massively profitable and cash generative post demerger.

They did say they didn't need the retail offering it was more to give PIs a chance. That says they already subscribed for the £75 million. The £8million is primary bid retail. That closed at 8pm.

Depends entirely on what the placing price is.. I reckon c50p.. however it will start to rerate to account for the profitable businesses.. very hard to tell, expect volatility lol

More shares in the nutrition/beauty= more dividends..

I can see why you may want ingenuity aswell as the growth there could be huge, but I like being able to trade on the market.

The free cashflow following demerger is undeniable no matter how the negative try and spin it, so it will be very interesting watching the market start to value THG.

In FY 2023 RemainCo generated sales of c.£1.9 billion, adjusted EBITDA of c.£105 million and free cashflow of c.£77 million (after interest costs but before debt capital payments and acquisitions). Pro-forma for the Proposed Demerger, RemainCo FY 2023 capex would have been reduced by c.£92m (from c.£126 for THG plc to c.£34m).

However there is no escaping the fact that nutrition and beauty are highly profitable with minimal CAPEX requirements.. look beyond the demerger and the vale is clear to see.

Nope Ingenuity is going private.

The 75million is aswell as debt finance providers etc. so they do have plenty of support. This seems like very good news on the face of it.. just the placing price may be a short term stumbling block unless there is a nice surprise. The positive is it is happening all very quickly.

Should know the results of the book build and placing price by tonight or tomorrow morning. I'm guessing lower.. as none are higher and institutions and all involved will want lower. Then the SP will rise in anticipation of the demerger and now valuable business which actually makes money.

If it does go lower I'd be buying in... At these levels
