Ok thanks. I'll work off the hopefully conservative 1 for 10. So I have 50,000 now and if I remain with remainco fully based on those should go up to 55,000 shares. That will provide a 10% boost technically from this kind of share price. (Obviously now excluding ingenuity). Short term remedy whilst awaiting for the rerate in newco.

Has anyone worked out roughly how many more remainco shares will be issued if they choose not to take any ingenuity? I.e. will we get 1 share for every 10 we hold?

This will help soften the share price drop a touch if so.. depending on what happens over the next few months.

The time to judge is in 12 months whether this is the right call. Many called for it and it's happening. See what the SP is next year when in the FTSE index and the company actually gets valued on making profit.

It's very early days. Wait for the dust to settle, and see what happens over the next 12 months. Thats what I'm doing. I see the SP being alot higher than it is currently. The figures are there for all to see.. just needs to wash out.

This is what I came up with the other week pre fundraise...

If they end up with the £80 million free cashflow, that equates to 6p EPS- not to be sniffed at..

6p divided by current stock price gives a PE of currently about 8.

I'm going to hazard a guess at a PE of around 20 once demerger happens so a SP around £1.20.

That's being relatively conservative of course with it being a growth stock and profits forecast to grow.

It's in the results RNS.

The idea is that following demerger it is now profitable, doubtful you'll buy for a MCAP £300million less than today.. the company becomes alot more attractive, dividend paying and ftse index.

Yeah totally get that, alot of money pumped in for what.. unless you take some ingenco shares..

The fact is it was a drain though and damaging the companies inherent value.. people can say all sorts of figures as to 'what it's worth' doesn't make it true.

Yes we are once the circular comes out. They will easily get the yes though and I'll be voting yes too.

All good to me.. people were screaming for a demerger to unlock value and it's happening. Sooner than we thought.

The €600m Term Loan B matures in December 2026 and the incremental £131m senior-secured facility matures in Q4 2025.

Is that right? The way I read it is Loan A and Loan b remains with remainco-this is debt tied to the company.

I think you need to re read the RNS pearls regarding debt into THG.

However I agree with everything else.
