Going down? It's not gone down in 18 months. I've only been here 2 years which is classed as short term for me.. and short term in investment perspective. I know you like the day by day thing but it really doesn't faze me. This could quite easily still be bobbing round this price in 18 months or 200% higher..

Maybe you need to take a look at your investment timeframe or stick to bonds..

Do you not think that's baked into the SP being at decade+ lows? I'm guessing you may be the type that claims it's not cheap now but cheap when the market turns and this is valued at multiples of today's price.

It's not a wage rise is it.. it's a bonus related to hitting strategic objectives which he hit last year. The latest incentive programme though doesn't get triggered until over £6.50 a share or whatever it is. I've not read the remuneration report so not sure if there are any other objectives that if met get rewarded with bonuses.

Hard to be angry about it though, it's inline with every other company out there and the turnaround is happening. You'd be more worried if he didn't get the bonuses as that would mean the turnaround is failing imo.
