Absolutely, unless there is something glaringly obvious we are missing.. if the CAPEX was £80+ million then there wouldn't be any cashflow but it's not. The market just isn't catching. I'm seeing this as a better buying opportunity now than at anytime since it's been listed imo.

With only c£40 million CAPEX/lease costs per year. £100million is more than enough to give plenty of headroom. From then on invest for growth in the 2 businesses now that Ingenuity has departed. Chuck in the odd buy back/dividend happy days. Very do able.

How much cash went across to Ingenuity? C£100 million?

There was £400million in cash at the end of the year.. take away whatever went across to Ingenuity you can virtually clear the debt.. I get you wouldn't be left with no cash but £100 million cash would be sufficient to keep on the balance sheet with not much debt.. ?

Not sure the reasons.. maybe it does have some short term implications for certain algo programmes.. no idea, but even if it is a miniscule effect maybe that's all is required. Reckon there's one or two on ASOS too 🙄🤣
