Apologies - the DYOR wasn't aimed at you; quite the opposite as your posts on various boards are on the mark. I always add it for the benefit of those who blindly follow where we lead without careful consideration of the facts. If they then make an informed decision based on their own research, it is squarely on their shoulders to congratulate or flog themselves rather than you or me!! Poor old SD is spot on with his knowledge of CHAR but got castigated when it temporarily fell back by the sheep who followed without researching. If you add up all the positives on this one it's a screaming buy. Negative sentiment is solely based on snow in jan/Feb and initial rejection of Northampton site to accept low level Rad waste which environmental agency will quash. Barriers to entry of competition are enormous - mark my words One 51 will bid and the premium will be min 50% - it fits like a jigsaw into their current and future strategy. This share is a dream investment. DYOR. Picking up more on weakness.

I think this is One 51 buying big time - if not, then someone else is moving in! The barriers to entry are huge and this is due a massive rerate or take-out. Clock is ticking. DYOR - just too cheap when it raised £12m last year it is screaming buy.

I think we will get RNS very positive - will check at 7am. It will surprise me if One 51 don't jump in at this level or we don't see directors buying more. Just a hunch from experience! Hehe - enjoy!! DYOR as always.

It's always difficult to call the bottom before a re-rate but the guy who picked up £37.5K's worth at 26p knows more than I do [27th] - I'll go with the director buy and watch this one lift. It is far too cheap and oversold. tempted to pile in 'substantially' tomorrow.

Turning and burning - 24p was the bottom sp - all up from here DYOR or read my brief.

Reckon bottom is 24p bid and we go up from here - too many factors that can't hold this at 25.25 mp. One Fifty One must be doing it's sums as we speak. I reckon a bid at minimum 50% premium is a screaming opportunity here. They've looked once and they ain't going away as AUG fits perfectly into their strategy. This could be a super little short-term earner and no-ones watching it.

Only 100m shares in issue and One Fifty One own 26m+ ! Hehe - if this ain't the bottom then it's very close and rerate will be big jump up. Assets and the huge barrier to entry mean a 50% premium over the 25p minimum.

MCap is now only £24m and it raised £12m last September! Landfill assets etc have not been valued for yonks and One Fifty One bid last year pre the fundraising - IMHO they will take AUG out very very soon at a premium. Director picked up 100,000 at 38p in March so that gives lower indicative. IMHO 45p and out. DYOR

DMOR and looked at all aspects. Looks undervalued BUT that second share tranche just hasn't happened - why not?? Until I know then [like others] I'll stay out. It is this caveat from RNS that I don't like; quote: : If the conditions to Second Closing are not met by 15 February 2010, the Investors will no longer be required to subscribe for the further Notes. In addition, the Notes issued today will become repayable by GTE before 30 April 2010. If Second Closing does not happen, therefore, GTE will be required to raise additional funds, and there is no guarantee that it will be able to do so on terms acceptable to it. Read fundraising - read dilution!!

Come on - sell it to me by telling me about second tranch. New CO hasn't bought in yet. I'll invest here with news on tranche 2.

There was a fund raising of existing investors [loan notes and warrants]. Two tranches. One was taken up and other was due 'early 2010 - Feb'. Why is there no news of this tranche??? It was stated that it would not be issued if there was 'a material change in company' as one of points of issue. What has happened to it - no news. DYOR and read into it what you will - that is why I am not in. Looks incredibly cheap on fundamentals.......but...something is not quite right. I'm probably being overcautious and it will rocket but caveat emptor!

Check £ not RMB - looks very cheap but lots of sites mix up Mcaps/profit etc £/RMB and you have to divide by 10! We are talking big difference. That was reason I am sat on sidelines here and not invested. Good prospects but not as 'incredibly cheap' as may at first seem case. DYOR as always.
