I note with a little smile your post from six days ago I quote " nothing would induce me to place further business with the company" I respect your opinion like all opinions. "But what exactly underpins your point...apart from sweeping generalisations. You don't need to tell us to suck eggs". Everyone on this board knows or should do what can happen in the stock market especially the AIM. There are examples of everything everywhere you look.

I have no idea deep but I have to say that a feel bit apprehensive about the next month. I don't really subscribe to view that a bit of CG work advised by the Nomad and the appointment of an Auditor makes everything rosy in the garden. If we do have a smooth ride , get the accounts and and the share suspension lifted then I'd consider that a good outcome.

But it doesn't mask the fact that all shareholders have been treated pretty shabbily by the current board for long time now. I think its a very uncertain picture and I agree with I think Ports who had concerns what the II's will do when the share suspension may be lifted. I can't see any real growth in the share price before Christmas, I think the economic and investing climate will dedicate a fall in the SP in the low to mid 20's, I can't see how the DX investment case becomes more attractive later this year unless there is some sparkling news. We are as we have been for the last 9 months .. in no mans land !!

Yeah...Looks like the new company sec is a solicitor to replace deards. Let's hope he ensures the corporate governance work as required by the nomad is completed promptly and it is a relatively smooth journey to the publication of the 20/21 accounts in a month or so.

I see the website has been updated to outline the bio's of the Non Execs. JK seems a very busy boy so lets hope he has some time to bring something the table.Just about 6 weeks before we should get some results. Let's hope there is no news in the meantime to burst a bit of positivity.

With all the experience they have on board they shouldn’t be having difficulties getting customers if the offering is good enough. Internal promotions are good in my opinion, it’s motivating and we need switched on people coming through.

Looks like we have a new sales director for DX freight. Internal promotion which is a good thing and some young blood. !

That was the termination as company sec. His title was changed on the website from head of legal and company sec to just head of legal. He was pictured and listed as head of legal a couple of days ago but he’s been removed now.

Looks like Russell Deards has formally left the company as he has been removed from the website. He was still there as head of legal yesterday . Not surprising if true.

With the appointment of the two non execs today I think we can assume there is more than enough logistics experience to make success of whatever strategy they adopt moving forward. I wasn't pleased that Gatemore more or less bullied there way onto the board and would hope that with this appointment Meidars influence is not as great. I'm a little more positive than I was.

Well, Well Well. Dx have provided some clarity... in relation to trading anyway which is all we are likely to get. Good news on the depot openings and on the face of all seems to be going well operationally behind the scenes. Let's hope there are no more curved balls in the next few months.

Well e-mail. As someone said we own the company. !. What info could possibly be used against the company ?. To have the situation shrouded in mystery as is hardly helps the company.!

The company is full of platitudes... it's plastered all over their website about their stringent corporate governance which is the responsibility of their chairman. CG has been a complete failure for over a year and there is by their their own admission more work to do.

You are right that it is a positive step that we have an auditor....but 5 months to get one ?

DX have already stated that there was the possibility the shares would be delisted today and they have addressed it in a vague roundabout way. It's appalling.

There are substantial executive failures at DX and no-one of any note has taken responsibility for it. A bit like the government. That's life. !!

As clear as mud but we have the extension it seems. The intrigue continues. !!!!. It’s still a complete mess.

Yea, my view would that it’s probably a given for a new auditor to take two to three months and the AIM would know that. I think the AIM would probably have some concerns about the length of time it’s taken to appoint an auditor and the proberty of the directors bearing in mind what we know. Anyway we’ll find out tomorrow what they have decided.

It seems very strange to me Pianista. Surely DX through finncap would have been touch with the AIM throughout their negotiations with Littlejohn.To come to virtually the last second just seems odd.

It’s just simple research retirement. You still hold your shares but they can’t be traded on the AIM. You can only trade them on the OTC through a series of brokers. unless there are other strategies taking place and an offer is made for your shares.

This really beggars belief. We are within 24 hours of a forced delist and nothing from DX and presumably the AIM. I find it hard to believe this scenario is playing out like this.

Its been a long time since I posted on this board and I still have a fair few shares. Despite the good news/PR/Recruitment and general positivity regarding cloud it still isn't showing in substantial sales.Perhaps this isn't a jam tomorrow share but Jam in 2024. I'll stick around for the ride but I have no doubt if bird were domiciled in the USA it would be a different story.

Well it looks like we have a nervous weekend to look forward to and we’ll find out on Monday morning where we are heading. It seems like the negotiations with Finn cap and the Aim are going down to the very last minute of the last hour. It’s hard to believe it has come to this. No notification of the new depot openings which I think is indicative of a strategy change or delay.

That's putting it mildly Ports. These directors have presided over a 6 months share suspension, been accused of possible breaches of law, provided no clarity to shareholders with the threat of a forced delist hanging over them. Are they fit to run a company? I can't understand how anybody can trust them now.
