This must be a silly question but if they are going to buy the share at 3.72 then why is the share trading at 2.75. Could I buy at 2.75 and sell at 3.72. Looks like a 38% mark up.

This one is sinking by the head. It had an injection of 20 million last year with a further injection of four million in March and a promise of a further 16 million. The market cap is currently 13 million. Is there gold in them there hills? There had better be, we need a new discovery soon.

Are Zhongrun in breach of the financing agreement? If so what is VGM doing about the breach?

Gold @ 1,340+ now. That's easily a profit on the cost of production. Yesterday the MMs were happy to pay 7p+ for 250,000 shares. They probably needed them.

We should get the 20 million from Zhongrun this week. With gold at 1320+ I think that will lift the SP. This will become a very profitable little mine.

According to HSBC, at close of play, Vatukoula Gold Mines and Solg had exactly the same share price - 8.38.

IMO I think the Chinese will want to buy the rest of this mine, they don't like to share much: research yes, profits no. I reckon they will be happy to pay 15 -18 p since they got 60% on the cheap (6.7). I think they will probably have to pay more though that's why I'm in. However I don't think that will happen anytime soon since the price has dropped from 10p+ and the expansion has only just begun. Also the Chinese appetite for gold has subdued, perhaps a factor as to why the price dropped. Gold is priced in dollars and the RMB is pegged to it. So if the dollar strengthens so might this sp.
