What's Tethys worth?16 May 2015 15:29
TSX had longer to assess the RNS and they finished 9.7 bid and 11.8 ask(18/22), although the highest paid was 10.8. On the strength of that I expect at least an arbitrage rise come Monday. The convertible loan notes were at about 7.5 but are not convertible for two years. The last set of warrants to Pope were at 10.2 (0.19 CAD). John Bell the CEO is getting paid at 16.84p per share. This year we raised 5 million in January, 3.5 in March, 7.5 last week and another 2 or 3 to come. that's 19 million of debt @ 9%. On the plus side we are now 'safe and secure' and we are gushing 5,300 bopd. We have a recently updated resource and a 15 yr extension to the kyzyloi gas production contract. The MCAP based on that jumped from 19 to 30 million on Friday, a mere 38% of the year high. So it's not surprising how soon after the Sinohan dybakle was swept aside how quick we got an unsecured loan at a premium. Start of a bull run IMO.
