So what did the company do wrong?

There's probably a regulatory problem in the air. That maybe the reason for the lengthy delay. Although it is a mystery. Sinohan were prepared to put in 150 million but it fell through and reading between the lines it wasn't Sinohan since they stayed in till the death. Nostrum were prepared to pay 7.25 although that was in a share for share deal at 30% more than they are worth now. Having said that if that deal went through Nostrum would be worth more. I really can't see what's up. We just have to believe the official line. We have a binding agreement subject to approval for a cash injection at 8.25 which will take about 6 more weeks. If and when that goes through the SP will be in the region of 7 - 11. Maybe more... but for now there is still risk and with no positive news we are where we are.

This share seems friendless at the moment. I do wonder though why Olisol will pay 8p+ per share. They must believe they will make a handsome profit. They seem very keen at that price. I read somewhere that we are due a quarterly today. The last one said the next one will show the cost savings and the increase in output so perhaps there's a light at the end of this dark tunnel.

When we get the RNS that says "the money is in the bank" and "the loans are paid of"f' then we will see 8p+. Until then this is still a non binding offer. That's why we have fallen back. So let's see after the 23rd of November.

There's something going on for sure. Otherwise they would have snapped the hand off NOG at 7.25 or AGR at 8.00. If Olisol are serious it's 8.25. I think NOG have thrown there toys out of the pram. There may be a disagreement at board level since it was only said that Polymus objected. Who knows but I can't see it going to waste. It's too valuable and at these prices...
