Does the board have a hate campaign against Metminco Shareholders? Why couldn't they have received 3-5 million as consideration for the contract to put money in the bank. Or are they just stupid. It will be a cold day in hell before I trust these people again.

If the parties to the deal thought it was a stitch up they will find a way to pull out and there will be no deal.

After 133 million what is left? Why would you want this BOD to look after money?

The assets of company A move to company B - the management move with the asset. The shareholders of company A get 30 % of company B but not a penny. The BoD of company B then dilute the shareholding of company A buy injecting 'working capital' into company B. What's next? Sorry but this 'deal' must not go ahead. Los Calatos is being taken from under our noses and we are going to get nothing.

How much did they sell it for? NOTHING. The main asset of Metminco has gone for no money! They gave it away. Anyone buying shares are buying into a shell. It looks like Metminco have been stripped of the Los Calatos asset completely and it has been moved to a new company called Los Calatos Mining which will be owned by a company called CD Capital. The new company Los Calatos Mining will be funded by CD Capital. I reckon Bergen have an average around 0.70p . When they sad a deal that would be in the interests of all parties they must have had Bergen in mind. Around that price still values everything at only 25 million. Los Calatos at around 60p is my guestimate but wishful thinking.

The MMs taking them and the ask is still going up - that's usually a good sign.

The BOD spent 133 million to get this far so if it's a deal it better be a biggie. Maybe the landover kicked the bucket and the sons are into a deal for access rights. Who knows .. could be many things and about time too.
