The company could actually be worth nothing. Is there a rule of law being followed here? The government haven't said what they want. It seems like all previous agreements have been cancelled in light of political nationalistic rhetoric. There's still no evidence of any wrongdoing. If a new agreement is reached who's to say those agreements won't be changed when a new president is elected. At the moment there is nothing in this for investors. On the volume side if Barrack still hold 64% then there's only 180 million shares in circulation and they are getting sold daily. I can't understand the logic - where's the evidence of wrongdoing.

Does anyone ever read these forms? They can tell a story. They show who's been buying and who's been selling. In fact they show where the big boys are at. If you read them and study them you might see that someone opened a big short from 1.50 down to 1.35. Another of these forms might show that there was another player opening a long position from 1.45 to 1.35. So someone will be closing their shorts over the next few days weeks and someone might sell into that rise. Has the shorter stopped shorting? Well that depends on how big his short is doesn't it. My money is on a rise unless there's bad news. Read them...

What often happens in these situations is the bidders buy up the shares then one 'bottles it' and decides they would make more by selling and letting the other bidders fight it out. Having endured over a hundred million dollars of funding dilution to enhance the project we find it has been sold for nothing.
