Quiet on here lately..... Happy New Year all CFU Shareholders .....Good News last few days.... Ceramic Fuel Cells Welcomes German MicroCHP Funding Regime Change Thu, 8th Jan 2015 10:05 LONDON (Alliance News) - Ceramic Fuel Cells Ltd on Thursday noted a change in legislation in Germany on federal funding for microCHP systems, including its BlueGEN small-scale electricity generator. Under the revised framework, a BlueGEN unit could attract up to EUR3,792 in federal funding, up from the EUR1,567 available under the previous legislation. This funding can be combined with incentives from other federal and state programmes available in the country, meaning the maximum total funding has been set at three times the federal level. A BlueGEN customer could, therefore, receive up to EUR11,376 in funding, subject to the availability of the additional incentives. Barbara Hendricks, the German Environment Minister, said microCHP systems' contribution to climate protection are substantial owing to the high level of fuel efficiency and flexibility they offer, Ceramic Fuel Cells said. The company said it welcomes the updated framework and additional incentives for microCHPs, adding the programme provides an opportunity to sell its BlueGEN units to German states which do not currently offer a specific funding programme.

Conditions have been met for the minimum of 65 units for I Power. £350K deposit received by CFU. I guess the remainder of monies will be paid on delivery of the 55 units due to be delivered by June 2015. The majority of the appliances for the UK have also been deployed with the assistance of Forrest.

How come AUS was 20% up last night but we are down 7.69% - Doesn't make sence.....

Last week I managed to sell 250,000 shares and then transfer the cash to my ISA to buy in there. This week when I try to sell 29,000 shares its going to a negotiiated deal so I'm not guaranteed the Share Price. I dont trust the Halifax to get me a decent price. How are others managing to sell larger amounts and getting a good price > .07p ?

The 605,263 shares showing as SOLD are actually a BUY. You would think in these days of technology they would be able to show these deals acurately....

Now up to 453. 460 by end of June? Wonder if they are still in talks with SI and the real reasons either that its been cancelled or delayed? They also said they were looking for a replacement if this fell through. Anyone have any thoughts when the next news might be or the next quarterly.. Hopefully they will have reduced their costs significantly.

Now up to 449. Thats 3 up from yesterday. Seem to be upping the pace a bit... :) Apparently analyst in FT has a target price of 18.9pence in 12 months..

Phase 1 of SOFT PACT is complete, the integrated units have all been built by Ideal and Phase 2 is in the process of being installed across Europe. Updates will be posted on www.soft-pact.eu as milestones are reached.

Hopefully someone knows something! Should get news soon on the advanced discussions for Mchp.
