The levels of profit targeted over next 5 years should make Metals a multi billion dollar company as Darren has said and especially if and when he can announce maiden dividend. I see Drachs etc all getting in before such time. So far he has got things done. Remember all those worries about artisanal miners and as soon as Darren was in this was sorted and disappeared. So many things he has done in such a short time. we can learn from our mistakes of investing in explorers who have no intention to mine and simply dilute for over a decade. with Metals i can easily see a buy back if market cap continues to underperform while some Condor investors exit to go chase the next dream explorer lol :)

Was reading the following and hope Northfork is live in next 4 weeks that has around £5m+ of value tied up in it for Eqtec investors. For Phoenix to get its Wilseyville project live it needs a reference plant and so i do not think it is a coincidence they are in the final stages of financing and will use Northfork going live to boost interest. This will also be great news for Eqtec investors once that is finally agreed as it will trickle down further service fees.

So what we now know is a large chunk Metals shares has been taken into long-term holders, presumably from Condor sellers. it possibly also explains the daily large sells that were most likely a book building exercise by a broker to acquire the shares for Drachs to increase their shareholding by a few percent. Things are starting to hot up as the long-term holders start to get a bigger control of the company and the trading pool reduces. i agree with Darren that in the medium term $2bn market cap is not unlikely. gla

Central london so plenty in my area. Obviously looking ahead for every £100 increase in gold will be £8m extra free cashflow for Metald as pure AISC is a largely a fixed overhead. When La India is added and hopefully Abra online we could be talking an extra £22m. You can imagine dividends will be a big part of why Drachs etc are all buying in now as they probably know how soon these will be coming down the line or share but backs while we are still massively undervalued.

In fairness to Manu, and sorry to hear he may have a lost a small fortune, it could be many others here who over the years have believed the rose tinted timelines from Harry (me included) and seen those dates fall into history. Many have taken his updates at face value and suffered with dilution after dilution, in fact £100m to date and we languish with a pitiful £40m market cap. His past form on Kefi financial closure is frankly borderline criminal but he always seemed to have external issues that derailed him. If you fully believe in the project is to continue to average down after each placing and on the basis that with EG involved and Major development banks signed that Kefi will get to production. All i do know is you probably need a 3-5 year timeline from today and be able to stay the distance to achieve the greatest return snd once dividends are in play. Going from explorer into production is a very long and dilutive road i have learnt. I hold Harry in equal awe as to how he has kept Kefi going and that is also why you know that with Harry in charge we will get there. Hopefully T-5 weeks but to do that we need to see definitive agreements ready for signing by end of May (Harry timeline) and contracts for mine build signed. Each will prep up the share price to a more plausible landing spot and hopefully £300m market cap is more sensible once finance and mine build underway, still almost 10x from today.

I was pretty interested in a turnaround gamble now ceo has been booted but nocturnal gave me the insight i needed. There is no platform behind Mirriad, just Indians working like stink using off the shelf software. Reminds me of theranos debacle and the £80m Mirriad raised on hype and AI was all just spent over last decade on CEO and gis cronies and wining and dining the advertising industry. Gravy train is over and tide has gone out on this one. there does not seem anything the company did to create a moat except perhaps its relationships with a few agencies but reminds me of theranos. Still not a word from company on its programmatic platfrom and i guess it might never see the light of day. Anyone got up to date info on anything valuable Mirriad has that can turn things around?

Vod interview was both documentary on history of Ethiopia but plenty of details on Kefi. Key for me is banks and govt now chasing Kefi so its all in our court to finish. For me this is key as before it was EG and ratification and now this is done. Banks need to put all that money to work so between now and end of June i expect a lot of RNS announcements. Biggest deal of the century for UK mining pis by a long stretch.

Certainly been a blessing to move to Metals to create value by building tue mine as 2 years of waiting was painful. If not for steady selling by Condor investors who knows where Metals would be. Personally like to see board buy back some shares to clear out sellers so we can motor on and key for valuation will be dividends as nothing helps value a company like a yield. Darren has already bought the drilling rig so we can have a team permanently drilling day in day out proving up thw gold reserves and will be 1/10th or cost to get external team in. Bear in mind Movialsa in Spain has been operating continually for 10 years with incredible uptime. This is why im confident Italy and Northfork and similar projects closer to Movialsa input will run smoothly. Italy got off to a rocky start as it was a retofit and 3rd party parts like the jenbacher caused early headaches but Northfork is in the sweetspot. Our R&D facility at Lorraine is going guns and modeled dozens of input feeds so we have all expertise we need. Just need now projects in dev to go live to join Italy and things will start coming together. Hopefully news soon as i think the lack of news was probably due to Compact deal and now getting some distance since it was announced. I am sure more news would have come out if Compact deal was not being worked on and wanted no news to send the stock into orbit and jeopardise the deal.

All i am saying is the $100m sweat equity was written off. Its not seen as an asset. Shortly we will add that back on the balance sheet. It also means debt raising on assets will be way forward as opposed to dilution as banks will lend against it. Sure its part of the sustantial loss over last 12 years but we can generate a lot of profits tax free to use up those credits. Dyor

Key is with Kefi its unlike any financial closure most investors will be used to. We are converting $100m of sweat equity (valued at 0 on our books as its historic investment over last 12 years) into our equity contribution for $320m funding so no further dilution. in fact deal should release cash to Kefi as our $100m was only up to 2023. We have invested cash since. There is no other sweeter deal out their so this should multiply todays value alone on signing so 1.6p is literally our asset value alone. As soon as investors see the project actually start investors will look focus on tue .5p minimum dividend (Harrys words not mine) in 2028 and investors will think if i invest £10k today i should get back a dividend of £10k as starters for life from 2028 and my original investment based on 10% yield would be 100k in 5 years. Therefore value will be extracted as we move away from market of fear and greed. Nothing focuses valuation than big dividends. In reality dividend could be much higher. Throw in Ethiopian stock exchange listing (i reckon news due very soon) and we know locals will pile in and if we get a knockout offer for Saudi we create even more value. Happy to take $50m cash for that now or we keep and it will be the next big prize when that gets listed on Saudi exchange, We have EG as shareholder so Kefi will have best position to get new licenses (not that we need it as we are drowning in them) but fastrack permitting for next projects is more likely once we Kefi has proven ourselves.

Closer we get to making $300m+ free cash flow the better! Value will follow the money. As i see it at the moment there is a continual transfer of shares from the last placing to pis. Hopefully not much longer to lose the baggage. When its gone its gone so take advantage if you have spare coinage! Gla

Whole of AIM miner valuations are in the toilet as nearly all have made fanciful projections that turn sour everytime. Kefi historically no different. If and when Kefi delivers, we get cash in the bank and crack on kefi will be one of the chosen few that will get properly valued in time, until then its just fear and greed. For me with EG as partner and debt in place this seems by far the strongest set of indicators that we are in for a 10x opportunity from today. I am not even thinking about Saudi asset sale or local listing in Ethiopia. If latter happens this will go bonkers once the locals pile into the first stock exchange in the country. Its like Big bang for Ethiopia and great for Kefi!

With a current PE of about 2 its hard to argue we are not grossly undervalued but we are steadily rising in value as this will just keep on running and running. Abra or another nearby asset to keep Runruno going for another 10 years would be golden. Looking at BMV i think their mine is 12 hours away from Runruno so unless im wrong not really favourable. Obviously Metals are throwing off a lot of cash so nothing impossible and they could take over BMV in their JV as franklu BMV just look to be another money pit like Condor with no likelihood of ever going into production and only outcome is to sell, almost certainly forced by its JV who can see this is going nowhere with BMV. If metals can muscle in could be a plan.

Key is Kefi was one of the first to take a chance on Ethiopia. The EG have become an investor in the project and presumably smoothed all the debt fiancing and our ability to use our $100m of sweat equity for our 80%+ stake. Find we another project anywhere in the world where investors with no dilution in 6 weeks will trigger over $320m of debt and secure 80% of a massive mine that will generate well over $300m net cashflow a year to kefi investors. Then think about the local listing of Kefi on the Ethiopia stock exchange and how many locals will know the real value of the project and want to buy stock in this huge project that will be the biggest dollar exporting machine for the country. Then look at how big our concession and licenses we have and with EG as an investor how this will work to our advantage. Do you think the EG will not be very supportive going forward. Throw in a Saudi project with Artar that is multiple of Ethiopia and be aware that similar companies are floating on the local stock exchange at over $1bn and you start to think just maybe the £40m valuation for Kefi is absurd. I understand Harry has sold stock to all kinds of intermediaries in lieu of salary or payment and this has been holding back the share price but ultimately we will start to reflect a proper valuation. Will we get to 15p NPV that Harry has said we are worth today on lower gold price is yet to be seen. Certainly 5p looks very clear and that is a 10x from the lows. Countdown is on and end of May we are due a lot of news to confirm if everything is on track for June newsflow. gla

I have to say with Shein and Temu hobbled by tariffs and UK better positioned than other countries to export to the US and possibly smoothing a path for shipping back to europe there are some macroeconomic tailwinds. i have really been out of boohoo for a long time but not sure whether Boohoo will be able to rebuild and its current precarious situation.
