Maybe those 50 plants are not so farcfetched but just be happy to see Northfork get operational as he has no chance of selling Wilseyville until people see Northfork running. He should be down at Northfork camping until all final issues are resolved and we are counting the cash.

I feel 50% of NPV close to first pour is highly likely to 5p sounds about right. Everyone will have forgotten the Harry shenanigans by then.

When the shareprice goes through 5p all of this will be forgotten. Its happening and soon the shareprice will correct but only once we get this signed. I want to see 100% this is on track for August as it was supposed to be June. Very close now and fully understand frustration. Loved his comment about sipping margaritas on his sunlounger in Cyprus. You know hes an avid LSE reader :)

Have to laugh or cry reading Sept 2024 Interim RNS

PIs have some reasons to be disappointed about the timelines going from Q4 2024 to Q3 2025. Harry is either completely incompetent or a shrewd operator.

Was expecting some news prior to webinar as Harry is largely going over what we already know but i guess allows some questioning on timeframes slipping as i remember June being a more important month :( Not overwhelmed signing is now August as what board does not have key people on holiday during this month and many are board ratification? He should have focused on June/July as he originally said as it was more credible. August is laughable i suspect. Annoyingly it might be September but very happy to be proved wrong. Should ask what RNS news is expected to be released between now and August signing as key to shareprice is newsflow that helps confirm TK is happening but we need newsflow to keep everyone together. Come on Harry you can do better!

Dupax drop probably next week will push us onwards past 11p once everyone factors in what Darren can do with $450m of free cashflow in 2028 :)

We are still playing catchup. With at least $450m free cashflow from 2028 we have got a lot of catching up to do from where we are today. Dupax will get confirmed next week hopefully and we should push onwards towards 15p. While i agree long-term 1p a month is fair i suspect we will jump on key news by a lot more towards eventual market cap of at least $2bn+ in 2027 and probably a lot higher as this is based on $3000 gold. pretty impressive but cashflow drives valuation.

Good old Harry. Placement to bucketshops who are dumping at .5. Got to hand it to him. We have one hell of a ride ahead but when Harry complains about the market cap he should look in the mirror as if Harry found real investors we would be 2p by now.

As privare investors are about to become around 10-15% of the future of eqtec the only upside is that should the other shareholders not sell into rises we should see decent movements but its hard to be sure that Pitcole, Altair, CWTL will hold as combined they could own around z70% between them. If we get a nominal reversal to perhaps £25m market cap with such a small free float we might get back to credible market cap sooner. If private investors try to buy £10k shareprice rises 5% currently so i only wish CWTL were forced partly to buy in the open market as they are completely tsking advantage of the share price anomally that bears no relation to compamy value.

From personal pain chasing the one who only needs xyz to happen and boom is often a disaster. What i have learnt is we already have XYZ in place so risk is comsiderably lowered and now it execution that Darren has expertise and the money to sortvout. It is now a period of closing gap between current 9.4p and future 50p over next 3 years. Maybe more but will take a 5x with higher chance than 10x with very high chance you lose a lot more than your investment.

I think after Darren dropped Dupax we should be 10p by end of play :) Big investors will be arriving to start hoovering up the bargain price and 15p now sounds cheap given progress made in such a short space of time. I cant even do the maths of what free cashflow would be from 2 full operating mines in 2027 onwards but its well north of $500m. BIG number at $3400 gold is all i can say. We can certainly think about 2-5p dividend from 2028 if Major has not bought us for a few billion by then.

Wow! Dupax is on, Darren says 25p just for La India today and at least double it again for Dupax and he said this is the case at $2500 gold :) Mentioned multi-billion company and dividends. This is a company you want to invest in as with gold at $3500 this could reach 10x todays share price is 3-4 years outlook. A company that will sort a very nice future for anyone investing today!

Jim Mellon just cant stand bigger players and embarassed Metals has done more in 6 months than Mellon in 12 years. It must be too painful to see what real operators are able to do. I am still waiting for the La India re-rate as it simply does not appear to have happened yet. Drachs comtinue to hoover up and will probably go to 29.9% that is maximum before an offer. gonna be very few pis left at that point. What is amazing for me is that knowing Drachs is buying in open market means Darren has been very clear no dilution mates rates placings ahead. Bigger rises ahead in my view.

Wow! If your investment has gon from £10k down to £34 that is literally 99.7% loss. I have been averaging down and finals should help clarify wher things stand. Croatia, Greece and US should all be damn close if not semi live. He should be singing from thw rooftops all achievements but its uncomfortable we have to rely on 3rd parties for updates. Hopefully big re-rate will start shortly.

Market still completely has no faith we are on the cusp. Can Harry wrongfoot everyone this month as he has an investor meeting and he has to have something to say. He has EG and everyone else pushing him to get a move on. If he knew ratification was going to happen why did he not do a lot more legwork in the background. He approach that appears to be sequential is crazy. He should be working everything in parallel so when ratification happened he would be able to immediately able to announce date for signatures. For years it was security, settlement, costing and by time of latter he had to redo all steps again. Harry has gotta close this in June as summer is dead and no one is around. If he pulls it off we can comfortably climb to interim share price of 2.5p in short-term and listing on Ethiopian stock exchange should double it again. But i have seen 3 years of sequential steps and it is painful as if he cant close the deal.

Basically Miiriad sold the US operation for $200k and this partner hopes to leverage the decade of hard work out in by Mirriad to build revenue. As we have 1 person in the whole of US there is no one selling. Its pretty clear the asset, namely relationships and partners was sold.

The issue i see is that the US was the biggie but for a measly £200k upfront we gave away 20% of Mirriad US but worse we gave away 90% of the revenue in the JV agreement. That means the 10% leftwill barely cover any costs to maintain a presence in the US. All we can expect is the US JV partner will say the other 80% (not already owned) is not terribly valuable and make a low offer. no one else can buy it anyway as the partnership prommises all the revenue to the US partner.Worst of all this is an exclusive so every other partner is shut out. Yes we limp on for a bit longer but where is the revenue going to come from when you have limited staff but still have big overheads of UK listing? Shareholders basically paid off all staff a nice lump sum and now without the US we rely on anything Europe can muster.

I am sure Drachs etc will be all eager to take them off your hands.

My predictions are turning out nicely thank-you, maybe not my timing but while most ex Condor investors were complaining and exiting those who were originally invested in Condor to build a mine were quickly onboard with Darren and looking forward to a lot more growth as we are crazily undervalued. I notice only a few Condor investors left milling around so i think those remaining are smart to stay the distance.
