And just to add large auditing firms of that stature dont sign off accounts if every penny isn't accounted for, they wouldn't risk being struck of! so its a none event - spike on resubmission and then the green boxes disappear .. ive got 3 guys taking 50k day 1 minimum and ill likely take another 25 up to 15p to average up loads ..

We are still pre drill - as we were when it went to 20 last time - nothing has changed and im pretty certain the funds are accounted for because they have been ring fenced to pay for the drill - makes complete sense so they they are included in the balance sheet.

People obsessing over whether it needs funds its not a good deramp, every small cap needs funds eventually. its a young company and not desperate and he certainly isn't going to take shares himself last summer to the tune of 2m quid at 12.5 and raise below it, 20p minimum id say. So its A POINTLESS DERAMP for a pre revenue company, and if he does raise it certainly wont be anywhere near this price - why would he!!

Dusterinmong - yes. It all depends if they want to sell it 'cheap' and with a DFS that would be extremely cheap, but again doesn't matter for holders as thats a 10 bag form here and for our investment we would be laughing. Need to get dfs underway as it will take at least a year.

It could be a stalling tactic to get some further good news out i recon ..

Just never seen that before, i submit my own accounts for the business and they are created and summited in the correct electronic format from the outset - this is a large auditing firm i don't get why they didint - the software does it for you as you input the data. Look at any delayed accounts RNS they all trade the day after issued, been in about 30 suspended over the years.

Id hope more than that after 10 years of work and up to 8bn (potentially more) in the ground - especially after a DFS. But id take it today ..

Its a very odd situation ive not seen before, don't know why they are not in the correct format from the outset and it surely should only take a couple of hours, send me em ill reformat this morning!!
