If the Pleiades deal happens is defo worth holding these and not jumping for the sell button to get the new shares. If say $8 worth of stock is held in in the new company you have effectively 4x the current ROQ SP in a new co holding and still hold your roq shares.

Immediately prior to completion, it is the intention of the Company to incorporate a new subsidiary company to hold the Pleiades Consideration Shares ("New Equity Holding Company"). Existing shareholders and convertible loan note holders in Roquefort Therapeutics at completion will then be issued with shares in New Equity Holding Company pro-rata with their interest in Roquefort Therapeutics. This will effectively carve out the Pleiades shares for the benefit of existing shareholders.

I am not a trader or lth I take each share day by day some I’m in for years some I’m in for days. Whatever makes the most sense at the time, it’s a crazily fluid market. This game is not lth v traders it’s about profit. One is not evil v the other good. You can get too attached to a stock so sometimes short term holds can be better - been in far too many lths myself where dilution kills them - so holding out forever with some sort of misguided moral high ground only hurts yourself. Anyway I’ve bought I might be here a week I might be here a year but I’m not playing the games with those who can’t have a normal conversation - can spend far too long debating with faceless avatars - no one wins.
