Yes it proved they can win contracts .. SP was was nearly double this a week ago without any contracts and higher costs - so should fly past 2s now

Any yet still no ones buying it so still no one believes anything roq say - can they prove the market wrong for once!!!

Its hard to work out value though as the shares we get will be in other companies and their stock would have to be valued at the equivalent for us to get the value in ours. depends if the market thinks we are over valuing it when its the share price will be discounted. if it was in cash a different matter. even if discounted by 50% though its still x5.

Hamiltonbro - they haven't given a cut off date so it will be sometime after the announcement as the roq SP would rise to cover it before the spin off to equate tto the new shares anyway then the roq shares will come down after the spin out so people would still be able to buy in for some time id iimagine as the spin off will take time.

GoBIGorGoHome - can't see downside of 50% even with no deals, remember this was 9p without any deals on the table at all! 1m mc at 50% with us still owning the patents would be beyond tiny. 3-5x on both deals is still only 6-10m (again it was this last year) the deals are worth upwards of 20m so that would be a huge discount if only 3-5x

I hope we get at least one deal minimum, the only niggle for me is they have been promising things for 2 years and not a single thing as materialised. you would hope that the fact that they have already planned to spin off the shares into a Newco means they are confident this time. Its a lot of detail to provide and planning when you haven't even got a deal over the line otherwise. And of course the bod buy of a couple of weeks ago would be a little odd to then announce we have nothing .. like any small cap the time lines announced for anything can be trebled then x'ed by 4
