I suppose though if you think it will rise further then why convert now. you could convert when its say 10p at 3p and then sell. Once you convert its cristalised and has risk attached, so possibly better much higher for more gain. Depends on their strategy with the investment and if they expect it to rise a lot more and what their exit strategy is.
