Not many available28 Sep 2009 16:05
Just re checked the list of significant shareholders which was last updated on 24th August, they account for 88.45% of the shares available.
This leaves just 8 million shares over and lets assume that outside of the significant holders there are a few directors and other institutions holding the odd half or one per cent, there really are not a lot available.
A conservative estimate would perhaps be around 5 million
When we see 100k share orders going through, it's going to make a lot of difference to the SP. Obviously the same applies to sells.
Let's say we get some really good news, such as more command centres opening up, more overseas orders, any ideas what may happen to the SP. I like these couple of paragraphs from the last report.
BlueStar has also won its first significant overseas contract in February 2009, to provide Zioncom Technology with digital video recorders for use in banking and transportation projects in Jaketa, the capital and largest city of Indonesia. BlueStar has actively participated in various international security industry events, including exhibitions and conferences across the world and is exploring further overseas opportunities in the future.
