I topped up too this morning. 120000. Hopefully this has bottomed. I did research on Scott Gilbert last night who had recently joined the bod and his credentials appear to be excellent and hopefully he can drive the business forward.

Dan. If they do take it private which I suspect now is their intention I think it will likely be in the region of 0.8p. That was the figure I believe AK put his investment in at but then the credit line was removed but its also slightly above the recent deal that AK made with RJ for his shares. I think 0.76p? I would prefer to see this succeed as a plc instead if being taken private so as shareholders we can reap bigger rewards but I would also be happy with 0.8p and move on.

For me it would be Sar and Val. Sar at 36p but recovered from 10p over a month or so ago but at one time was £4.00. And Val went as low as 1P recently. Now 3p I've bought back in modestly on both. They are both biotechs with meds etc to fight cancer. High risk.

I wish to delve into other shares since I've learnt so much with this share but there's a couple of bombed out companies like Sar and Val that I once owned and would like to get back into because they are just about still "alive". And there's a number of holders here who bought into Corcel as a bombed out company at 0.2p. Unfortunately we are nearly back to that.

I'm no expert but I think if this company went private Extract would have to at least match what they gave RJ which I think was 0.76p per share. Im hoping for something like that soon and move on. Its noteworthy that there are more comments so far today on this board than Telegram which has only 1 post so far today. I think shareholders are simply getting fed up of waiting and disappointed after such a promising start to the year.

Ggekko. You make a very good point about too much enthusiasm at the outset. Especially AK's reference to this company becoming a " unicorn". I made this point on Telegram several months ago.

However I really cannot see how AK / Extract could make a deal with RJ to buy all his shares at 0.76p last month whilst the sp was still as it us now unless they are absolutely certain it will go considerably higher. In addition Geraldine has bought £200000 's worth at 0.5p in recent placing which is roughly 60% premium to current price. There has to be good news coming out somewhere or these transactions wouldn't have taken place. I did think when Extract bought more shares taking their holding to 29% then they were getting ready to pounce on a takeover. I for one would now welcome that. I'm sure most here would make some kind of profit since I think the takeover price would be roughly minimum of 1.3p which was the price it hit several months ago during that period of enthusiasm you mentioned. We can then have the cash for new ventures. In the meantime I'm neither selling nor buying more but if I had more cash I would be buying since I believe the above scenario is a strong possibility.

Someone has put a link on Telegram about a meeting being held in Africa connected with the Angolan govt and ramping up oil production. I would share if I knew how to do it. Assuming we are involved this could be quite explosive. I'm back being positive and trying to be patient.

Hope you are right about these road shows because what is happening here now is a cause for concern. Down 8%!!! I can remember listening to an extremely positive presentation about 18 months or so where Scotty was being interviewed. His plan sounded brilliant and said he was disappointed in the share price being so low but I remember it was at least it was 1p+. Of course in the end it turned out he was useless and couldn't sell was but it for me the new "positive" management with the goal of this being a "unicorn" is starting to wear thin.

Various excuses can be made but that's what Scotty did!!

Anyway. Rant over. Still hoping to see a unicorn and not selling but I'm not buying anymore either.

Good to see healthy buying and 13% rise

I bought back in yesterday and topped up again earlier today. Didn't have a problem but not a huge amount I bought. Looks like it's on the rise. Lloyds are showing mid price of 1.55p.

Someone on Telegram has mentioned about how many shares are to b issued following sanction at the GM.

Is it for just nearly 300m shares taking the whole amount of shares in issue to slightly over 2bn or is it to sanction in addition a further 1bn shares for total funding taking the total number of shares to slightly over 3bn?

Luke. Im half wishing it is a takeover vote. This is getting tedious tbh. Ive only got 1m shares which is peanuts to some here but anything the same as theyve agreed with Richard or above that will b fine for me. Id be happy with roughly 80% profit and dabble elsewhere!
