Fishy? Hmm. To say the least, imo.
But not the first time there has been a flurry of activity before annoucing some sort of finance package or placing type thing.
They all seem to disappear quite quickly afterwards though, so at least there are no more pages full of green boxes. :)

They will end up owning the lot if JW is not very careful.

That was high up in Harl, Stokey. But that was in regard of getting fishing vessels up from the south coast. But there is concern at a local government level if there is going to be funding available for a whole range of projects. Guess that's normal though.

Let's get the Sicillonian IV built first before we move on to the Sicillonian V, Stokey. :)
There was talk around Appledore/Bideford during the early part of the summer regarding it, but it's gone quite on that front at the mo. Not sure if that is due the uncertainties around leveling up funds, but there is more talk on the pair of "plastic pigs" now that the pontoon is finally out of the way. Did hear that someone "high up" wanted to fill the yard with fishing boats. Yeah, lots of money in repairing those. lol
