I can’t speak for Borr, but when I was director of a drilling company I recall that our public announcements about backlog were viewed through the lens of financial disclosures, so they had to be as conservative as possible regarding amounts and timings, and in our case the timing in particular remains uncertain.

This is why it is sometimes difficult to rely on financial disclosures to draw operational conclusions…
