Our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with QuotedData's Edward Marten has just been released. Listen here.
On March 12th they had 2.98m shares.. theyâve been selling for a while and itâs been known.. they dont care if the price is dropping, they have to follow the plan theyâve set up.. counting the sells since then, I am sure they are nearly gone now
Big dilution wonât make any sense for them because we will need to raise again in 2026.. there are lots of options, only question is how much of the co is polx ready to give in order to succeed.. milestones are very conservative, and we do have few locations coming on in Q1/2..
Will have to wait until the end of the year for a full picture.. until then we will have to achieve a few milestones, so if that happens, I wonât be worried in the slightest.. I still think the dilution issue on this potential raise has been inflated.. they could do a finance deal for the 10m and then do a proper raise at 20p in 18 months
Surely traders can see big gains from these lvls, itâs a joke that it dropped by 30% at one point.. honestly, ceo of bracco, wouldnât be saying things about a tiny company that he himself can buy today, if he didnât believe in its success..
Daniel Plumpe, Managing Director of NUKEM Isotopes, said: "We are very excited to see such a positive update from Polarean. Our faith in the Polarean team is evident as we recently increased our investment to over 10%, making us the largest shareholder in the Company. We have a long-standing relationship with Polarean as a provider of their xenon-129 gas, a critical component of the Company's pulmonary functional MRI product, and we look forward to seeing continued progress as they look to increase their number of sites."
Fulvio Renoldi Bracco, Bracco Imaging CEO said: "As a significant shareholder in Polarean, it is encouraging to see the work that has been done to date, and the focus the Company has had and continues to have on delivering value. We remain a strong supporter of the business and truly believe in the technology and the value it brings to patients."
Sales are happening, but it takes time.. did you not read the part with the insurance companies? Did ppl really think that medical equipment in US will be sold that easily without training and preparation? 18-24 months on average, so we should start to see sales towards the end of this year.. I will be waiting till the fundraise, and then we will see actual numbers, till then itâs just speculation
âWill lose you moneyâ you donât know that.. again, everyone who sees this as a bad investment, why are you here? Todays update only confirmed what I was saying before, itâs gonna take time to make this profitable, and honestly I canât see that happening with the current structure.. one of our partners will take us out, thatâs the only logical outcome here.. our mc is around 10m with fluctuations, thatâs nothing for the partners we have..
Deep, you do understand that raising 10m, and money mostly coming from our partners wonât dilute us by much.. this sp reaction is as if we canât raise cash, itâs laughable.. again, Iâll keep saying this, letâs see what the sp and progress is at the end of the year
