It does make you wonder WHY he gets up, logs on and just focuses 100% on this share day in day out.

LB and Iron are just doing their job, installing a bit of fear at every opportunity.

There has been drilling ongoing and a new find may be in the offing. He is talking to neighbours about utilising these topside assets to ease passage through the quagmire of rules regarding who owns what at depths, when he publicises the discovery on our land holding.

By offering access to our plant and route to market, he can expand in the local area to aquire more reserves. Those landowners unlock additional revenue by using our MF plant..

IF, he was a deramper, (never struck me as a trader, as the price movements in Canada do not lend to trade, unless you are thinking in, 'geological' time frames..) then I much preferred to read his well thought out aurguments than the 1 or 2 lines that LB and Iron pish out.

Agree HFB, the impasse needs to be broken well in time for the end of the bidding round on 4th March.

I watched video again last night. After Tiburns post.

Does he not indicate that he wants the land next to ours. And if we can do a deal with that owner involving using our topside infrastructure to help maximise his output, we would have less"hastle" when we drilled that area?

Maybe some cash is for that side deal.

Ps, I liked the way Art was thinking about how to maximise our benifit of owning the largest MF plant in the area, and also own most of the pipework to get the stuff to market.
