No idea on legals, but if the judge asks how much do you owe Mr Cuda, for him to reply, "too much guvnor, I need to sell my business". Judge may then ask, OK how many buyers do you have for your business.

For Mr Cuda to then look sheepishly at his feet, and mutter, "only one guy is mad enough" sir.

So it appears that the initial phase/expenditure surrounds desk top study of existing combined data sets. Not big bucks..

Is there a, 'rule of thumb', calculation for in ground assets for IO.

eg for oil they can value in ground at a range of 1 to 12 Usd per barrel, depending on oil type and jurisdiction of the asset??
