I did some research on that topic, only to reveal an explosion of Dallas and Dynasty....ffs its a skulldugerous minefield of opportunity ;-)

But what I gleaned from it was.. the more topside land you can 'copulate with', the better.. the neighbours were banging our door because of our top side thingy, and pipework to " market"..
